Founder and CEO of Sheltair
Anna Martinez Balañá is the granddaughter of Pedro Balañá, who is the owner of several theatres and cinemas in Barcelona as well as its Monumental Arena, the city's former bullfighting ring. In 2016, Martinez founded Sheltair, which offers by the hour reservations of offices spaces and meeting rooms in Barcelona and Madrid through its mobile app. She graduated with a degree in Business Administration and holds a MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from ESADE Business School.

Sofian Hadiwijaya is a co-founder of smart retail kiosk startup Warung Pintar. Despite not having completed his undergraduate industrial engineering degree due to financial difficulties, Sofian was already a programming instructor during his early college days at Bina Nusantara university and later became an market analyst for international cement company Holcim. Sofian was a co-founder of both IT consultancy firm Crazy Hackerz and online lending and pawnshop Pinjam and has worked for startups KUDO and Nodeflux.

Antonio Lu Lee is one of the co-founders of OnTruck, an innovation-oriented logistics company that optimizes road freight transportation through technology. Whilst there, he managed the company’s business development and its fleet community until March 2018. He previously worked in shipping and logistics in Hanjin Shipping. He has also worked in a seafood company and in oil and gas ship brokerage. He holds a master's in Value Investing and Cycle Theory from Madrid's Manuel Ayau Online Center.

He has a master's in Physics and has worked for over 20 years in a wide variety of fields, including IT, venture capital and private equity. His passion for AI machine learning technologies led him to co-found Allread MLT in 2019. He is now the CEO of Allread MLT, which, through computer vision technology, character recognition and deep MLT, converts text, codes and symbols into big data.

He left in June 2014 after developing the business into a full-scale operation and saving it from bankruptcy. Joseph is now the CEO of Ralali and hopes to transform the B2B e-commerce systems for the wholesale and industrial procurement sectors in Indonesia.

With over a decade of consultancy experience, Alvaro Gomez Nogueiras is a visiting professor at several universities, including Porto Business School and Lisbon School of Economics and Management. He has a computer engineering degree and a master’s in Consultancy and Information Systems Implementation from the University of Deusto in Spain.He worked as a logistics consultant before co-founding business consultancy EBS in the African country of Angola. He returned to Portugal in 2001 and worked as a project manager for over eight years. He was also a director at Strategos until 2014. Gomez was the CEO and co-founder of Tradiio until April 2019.
