Eulàlia Sánchez is co-founder and Chief Science Officer at medtech startup Biel Glasses, which pioneered a solution that lets people with low vision lead independent lives. She is also a professor of Optics and Optometry and an expert optometrist at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), where she has worked for the last 30 years. She is also coordinator at the Low Vision Research Unit at the university's Vision Center. She holds a master's in Optometry and Vision Sciences from UPC.

Windischhofer spent six months running an online “TripAdvisor” review platform for Chinese language schools in Shanghai.In October 2014, Windischhofer joined McKinsey & Company as a management consultant working on digital marketing and product development projects for marketplaces and e-commerce companies in Europe.In 2017, he left McKinsey to co-found Refurbed with Kaminski to build an Amazon-style marketplace for refurbished electronic goods. The idea was inspired by a personal experience when Windischhofer bought a used smartphone after seeing a classified ad. The phone stopped working after two weeks. The incident prompted him to create an e-commerce platform specializing in selling quality refurbished e-products with carbon-neutral credentials like planting a tree for every sales transaction.

Puig also previously founded two companies, Mobbiz Communication, a mobile marketing services company, where he worked from 2003 to 2013, and Fleet Control Systems, one of the first commercial radio and GPS fleet location and management systems, where he worked from 1995 to 1998.Puig holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Ramon Llull in Barcelona.
