Graduating with a bachelor’s in Business Management and Finance from the Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in Indonesia, Aditya Hadiputra became the CFO of Utoyo & Partners in August 2011. He left the financial services company with its founding partner Marshall Utoyo in 2013. They decided to set up a coworking space hub Conclave in Jakarta, together with two other graduates from ITB. Based in Jakarta, Aditya has been CFO of Conclave since January 2013. He has also been working as an investment associate since July 2015 at MDI Ventures, Telkom’s venture capital arm.

Kevin Osmond was a Bina Nusantara University graduate in Computer Science. He co-founded Printerous in July 2012, together with his friends, Christian Soeseno Boenarso, David Soong and Paulus Hyu.A serial entrepreneur, he is currently a shareholder of Fimela.com, an Indonesian online fashion and lifestyle magazine. He was also a co-founder and CEO of Weekend Inc which he left after two years in 2014. Other previous ventures include Filmoo.com, tiket.com (from which he left after eight months), Bouncity and AITINDO. 

Aryo Wiryawan is a serial entrepreneur who was already working as a director at PT Prima Citra Informatika before graduating from Universitas Islam Indonesia in 2004. However, he left the IT services company in 2007 to start various ventures, including a restaurant, a photography business and a land rehabilitation firm PT Indmira.Aryo had also acquired some shrimp farming experience since 2001 and started using Indmira as a vehicle to collaborate with Atnic to develop IoT sensors for shrimp farms. Indmira and Atnic eventually created and launched Jala in late 2015.

Iván Rodriguez is co-founder of Parclick, a parking reservation app, where he is responsible for commercial matters and go-to-market strategies. He has over 10 years of experience in business development, sales and account management in B2B service industries and has held IT-related positions in business intelligence and business analytics projects. Rodriguez holds a master's in Computer Science and an MBA from IESE Business School. He also attended an executive program at Harvard Business School where he specialized in new internet ventures. 

Pilar Troncoso is an entrepreneur with 12 years of experience in business, mergers and acquisitions at international accounting firm PwC. She also specializes in marketing, promotions, design and development of new ventures. She is passionate about digital innovations, such as the use of blockchain in consumer-oriented businesses and other industries. In 2016, she became the Senior VP of multi-device blockchain platform Nodalblock and also joined ChainGo as co-founder and advisor.

Philip Effendy is the VP of operations at solar power startup Xurya. Prior to establishing the company with Gusmantara Himawan and Edwin Widjonarko, he was an investment associate at early-stage venture capital firm East Ventures, where he handled deal sourcing and portfolio management tasks. He also had a one year stint in the global operations of Disney ABC Television after completing his education in the USA.Effendy graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Operations.

Chunyu Yisheng co-founder and Renmin University graduate. Liu was also vice-president (product and marketing) at Chunyu Yisheng, a popular doctor consultation app. Another earlier startup of Liu’s was a social community for patients with rare diseases (inspired by Patientslikeme.com), which fell through because of its uncertain business model.

Kukuh Budi Santoso graduated from Indonesia’s Universitas Brawijaya with a degree in Agriculture. While at university, he was an active in student organizations such as the IAAS (an international organization of agriculture students) and founded social enterprises. Prior to co-founding agri-investment platform Tanijoy, Kukuh ran Escape.id, a community-based tourism business.

Yudha Kartohadiprodjo formerly worked as an editor and publisher at Femina Group, one of Indonesia’s leading magazine and media groups. In 2016, he joined forces with agritech veteran Alihan Tjohjono to establish Karsa, a social platform for farmers and agricultural stakeholders.

After graduating from the University of Porto in 2004, André Moniz worked as a software engineer at companies such as Indra, Montepio Geral and Optimus Telecommunications. In 2017, the fullstack developer and product manager joined Untold Ventures to make various apps. In 2018, he became the CTO and co-founder of BetProtocol, together with Tradiio's Miguel Leite.The serial entrepreneur worked as Tradiio's CTO before becoming the music platform's co-founder in 2014. Previous ventures include Portugal's first dating site, amiguinhos.com (2002), software company Blip.pt (2009), WeGoOut (2012) and music festival tourism business Get a Fest (2013).

Best known for being the first to invest in social networking hit Momo, seed and early-stage venture capital firm Purplesky Capital, also known as Buttonwood Capital, was founded in 2011. Founded in 2011 by Zheng Gang (Scott Zheng), a successful serial entrepreneur. Brett Krause, former president of JPMorgan Chase China, is its managing partner. PurpleSky focuses on early-stage investments in China digital media and mobile internet companies.

Taihecap is an investment bank established in 2012. As a financial advisor, it has served over 200 startups, including 40 unicorns, to raise more than $25bn in the primary market. Taihecap's long-term clients include the social commerce platform Pinduoduo, China’s largest used-car transaction platform Guazi.com, and the online K12 education platform Zuoyebang. Since 2019, Taihecap has started its overseas expansion into markets such as Southeast Asia and India.

Zhao graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. An award-winning product designer, he worked at VMware, LinkedIn and Totango from 2013 to 2015. Prior to joining Zaihui in 2015, Zhao ran a startup of his own on the social networking app Sobrr.

Hugo Diba has a master’s in Management from the University of Indonesia. Prior to becoming the CEO of Kumparan in August 2016, Hugo had previously served as the commercial director of Detik.com from 2007 to 2011, before his one year tenure as business director of Detikcom and CNN Indonesia. Hugo also has ample experience in the digital marketing and adtech industry as a country sales director of CtrlShift, one of the largest Asian programmatic companies that was formed from the merger of AdzCentral, Better Digital Solutions and Asia Digital Ventures.
