CEO and Founder of B'Smart
An electronic and communications engineer who's worked in Spain and Switzerland, Javier Escalante is a graduate of the University Polytechnic of Catalonia (UPC). He has a master's in Industrial Engineering (UPC) and a master's in B2B Sales from ESADE. After working eight years as a maintenance manager and automation engineer at corporates including Fuchs Oil, Oerlikon, Holcim and Tel Solar, Escalante returned to Spain in 2015 to start his own company BeWireless, specializing in Wi-Fi systems. From 2017, the company pivoted to focus on IoT products and services as B'Smart.

After earning a master’s degree in Control Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2003, Pan joined the National Instruments Corporation (China), where he helped develop the Lego Mindstorms EV3 robot and MIT’s cheetah robot. In 2009, Pan founded Fingertip Health, which sells a self-developed HIS software. He founded TMiRob in January 2015.

Tomy Yunus is co-founder and CEO of Cakap (formerly known as Squline). He graduated from Universitas Bina Nusantara with a bachelor's in Computer Engineering in 2009, after which he pursued further education in China, graduating with a master's in Chinese Economy from Renmin University. While attending Chinese lessons at the Beijing Language and Culture Center, Tomy met future Squline co-founder Yohan Limerta. Antonio Lu Lee is one of the co-founders of OnTruck, an innovation-oriented logistics company that optimizes road freight transportation through technology. Whilst there, he managed the company’s business development and its fleet community until March 2018. He previously worked in shipping and logistics in Hanjin Shipping.
