GROW is a Singapore-based food and agriculture technology accelerator for global impact-focused startups. It is financially backed by AgFunder, an agrifood tech venture investment through the AgFunder GROW Impact Fund. Grow is also supported by the Singapore Government and is an accredited mentor partner of Startup SG.

João Igor graduated with a degree in Communication, Design and Media Studies from the School of Education of Coimbra (ESEC) in 2008. The digital marketer worked for four years at Imagemplus until 2012, when he co-founded mobile software development firm CoolApps, together with CoolFarm co-founders Liliana Marques and Eduardo Esteves. In July 2014, he co-founded indoor farming agtech CoolFarm and worked as marketing and communications manager until June 2018. He was communications manager at relocation startup Moviinn for one year until 2015. Currently based in Lisbon, he now a marketing communications specialist with London's HR recruitment firm Transformify.

Founded in 2017 in Hong Kong, Happiness Capital invests in seed to growth stage companies in the US, Europe, Israel, and China, with a focus on issues affecting global happiness within the areas of citizen trust, food, health, climate change, and reduced inequalities. It hosts its own annual contest, the Super Happiness Challenge , a global open innovation contest to fund individuals and startups with ideas and new products or services that tapped into unmet needs to achieve happiness, with a possible $1m in total investment on offer. The VC currently has 37 startups in its portfolio, around half of which are in foodtech and agtech. Its most recent investments include leading the $4.7m July 2021 seed funding round of NovoNutrients, the US-based biotech producer of alt-protein from fermentation using CO2 and other emissions, and co-leading the $29m February 2021 Series A round of Israeli 3D printed alt-meat startup Redefine Meat.

Chu Ge is a founding partner of Happy Together (Chunguangli), a startup incubator and venture capital firm focusing on internet projects. Formerly creative director at Bates and Ogilvy, he was also a guest lecturer at Communication University of China. He has been listed as one of China’s 50 most influential creators.

SWAN Venture Fund is a group of Seattle angel investors established in 2015. It leads in early seed rounds and tends to be the first major outside investment to a startup, ranging from US$200,000 – US$1.2 million. Besides tech startups, it also invests in companies producing innovative commercial products.

IDEPA is the governmental Agency for Economic Development of the Principality of Asturias, under the Ministry of Employment, Industry, and Economic Promition, founded in 1983.  Its only disclosed tech startup investment to date was in the 2021 $1.8m seed round of Asturias-based Triditive the first automated additive manufacturing technology. 

Heritas Capital Management began as an investment/fund management arm of IMC Group, a diversified conglomerate in Singapore. It became a Capital Management Services firm in 2013, and according to its website it manages over SGD 250m in assets. In Indonesia, it has backed telemedicine startup Alodokter and healthy catering company Gorry Holdings.

Seasoned designer Bruno Silva has multiple years of experience as a 3-D artist, web designer and advertising art director. He had worked at various companies, including at multinational marketeers J. Walter Thompson and adtech startup Dezine, before co-founding Unbabel with a few Dezine colleagues in 2013. Silva is currently Unbabel’s lead designer as well as editor. He studied communication design at IADE School of Design in Madrid. 

Adrianus Hitijahubessy was trained in Mechatronics, graduating in 2006 from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's and master's in Mechanical Engineering. On graduation, he worked at banking firm Capital One, leaving in 2012 for eBay and later Cignifi, where he became head of product for credit scoring and marketplace lending. He left Cignifi in 2016, returning to Indonesia to establish microlending startup JULO the following year.

Farid Fadhil Habibi worked as a product manager, and later, general manager at software development firm Zamrud Technology before co-founding radio app startup SVARA, which was spun out from Zamrud. Farid was initially SVARA's COO before becoming its CEO at the beginning of 2018. Farid graduated with a bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Technology from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia, where he is currently pursuing his MBA. 

Hao graduated from Peking University with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2013 and received his master’s degree in the same subject from Waseda University in 2015. He worked as an intern and software engineer at Microsoft Research Asia from February 2015 to December 2017. Hao co-founded aiXcoder in March 2017 and has been working full time for the startup since January 2018. He currently serves as CTO.

Rifki Pratomo established freight forwarding marketplace startup Andalin in 2016, where he is currently CEO. Rifki earned his bachelor's in Business Administration at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar in 2011 before returning to Indonesia a year later to join Maybank's graduate program. From 2014 to end 2015, he was a finance manager at Shell's lubricant supply chain division in Indonesia, after which he had a brief stint with Garena before starting Andalin.

Marshall Pribadi is the founder and CEO of digital signature startup PrivyID, the first of its kind in Indonesia. In 2014, he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Law from Universitas Indonesia. Between 2012 and 2015, he worked at PT Buana Media Teknologi, the digital payments and voucher company that operates GudangVoucher.com. Marshall had been developing the business idea for PrivyID and pitching to investors since 2014, eventually establishing the company in 2016.

Between 2011 and 2018, Eriza "Riza" Hanif was managing director and producer at digital agency Definite and its subsidiary, Flipbox. He later joined Definite CEO Harya Bimo and colleague Faizal Rahman to establish Medigo, a medical records digitization startup. He is currently Medigo's Chief of Integration, leading the integration of hospital and clinic data into Medigo's platform. Riza graduated from Universitas Indonesia with a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management.

Inra Sumahamijaya was initially trained in chemical engineering, having graduated from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember with a bachelor's in the field. He has worked for state-owned minerals company Antam and other companies in the oil and gas industry, including Total. He began exploring entrepreneurship in 2017, when he founded two small companies and joined various startup-related support programs. In 2018, he established KODI, a digital platform for cooperative enterprises.
