Shahriansyah Candraditya graduated in 2015 from the Nagoya University of Foreign Studies, Japan, with a degree in Corporate Communications. He returned to Indonesia to join Shinwa Nonwoven Indonesia, a Japanese-owned fabrics manufacturer. He subsequently left to co-found aquaculture investment crowdfunding platform Growpal, where he is currently CMO.

Raka Kurnia Novriantama is an information systems graduate from Indonesia’s Universitas Brawijaya. Niels Wielaard is the Dutch CEO, founder and co-owner of Satelligence, a SaaS platform using satellite data and AI to help corporates improve their supply chain sustainability and track environmental risks. Before founding Satelligence in 2016, he spent 14 years at earth-monitoring company SarVision, which is a spin-off of Wageningen University in Utrecht, where he was a senior project manager and, previously, a remote sensing and geo-information specialist. Wielaard holds a master’s in Forestry from Wageningen University and has always been passionate about forest sustainability. His other work experience includes one year as a GIS research analyst at another Utrecht-based initiative, the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development, as part of a post-master’s research project developing a new mapping methodology for the design of biological corridors. He also completed stints during his studies working on pilot forestry-based carbon offset projects at an NGO and in forest certification research for the Dutch space agency, Space Netherlands.

Before that, he worked in research for over 10 years at Chicago’s Northwestern University Feinburg School of Medicine, leading Parkinson's disease treatment investigation there for four years and, before that, as a graduate student researcher. He also temporarily served as a member of the Life Science Practice R&D division at consultancy EY, during this time. Cooper holds a PhD in neuroscience from Northwestern University, a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Indiana University Bloomington and a Certificate in Management for Scientists and Engineers from the Kellogg School of Management. Cooper also continues to be an adjunct assistant professor at Northwestern University and a member of several local business associations, including the Economic Club of Chicago, Forbes Chicago Business Council and 1871.

He joined an online gaming company named 5173 in 2003 and expanded the team from 20 to 3,000 employees, increasing the yearly GMV from US$3m to more than US$1.5bn. Xu then joined a pharmaceutical company named 818 in 2009, helping over 300 pharmacies go online. The company's business grew 248% annually under his leadership. In 2003, Xu started financial services platform 658 that generated RMB1.3bn worth of transactions. In 2015, he went on to establish Yidianling, an online mental health consultancy.
