Billing itself as the "world's first venture builder focused on the real estate and construction sectors," Construtech Ventures is a Brazilian investor and venture builder established in 2017 in Florianópolis. To date, it has invested in 11 companies, all of them local with the exception of Portuguese Infraspeak. Graduating with a bachelor’s in Business Management and Finance from the Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in Indonesia, Aditya Hadiputra became the CFO of Utoyo & Partners in August 2011. He left the financial services company with its founding partner Marshall Utoyo in 2013. They decided to set up a coworking space hub Conclave in Jakarta, together with two other graduates from ITB.
