British Oxford-educated engineer William Reeve is a serial investor and entrepreneur who built two successful businesses Fletcher Research and from scratch and led them to successful exits.  He is currently Chairman of online investment management platform, CEO of proptech accelerator Goodlord and Non-Executive Director of Dunhelm Soft Furnishings. He was also Co-CEO and Chairman at grocery delivery company and was Non-Executive Chairman at healthy snack startup He was Head of Operations at Paddy Power betting agency, Managing Director of Oxalyst Systems and has been a non-executive director at a host of online platforms including Secret Escapes, Zoopla! and 

Robert “Rob” McClatchey spent 15 years at Barclays Capital, before leaving in 2012 when he was Managing Director. McClatchey is currently a non-executive director of DegreeArt Ltd, the London Distillery, UPP Group Holdings Ltd, RADA Enterprises Ltd and Uniplaces. He earned his Master’s in Economics from King’s College London in 1987. He also worked at KPMG in London as Assistant Manager - Audit and Special Investigations.

Upon graduating in Economics, Alex Chesterman joined Planet Hollywood International. He left seven years later as an executive vice-president. Chesterman went on to found Bagelmania, LoveFilm (later sold to Amazon), ScreenSelect and Zoopla. He is currently Zoopla’s CEO and one of the UK's leading digital entrepreneurs as well as a winner of Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year. He has invested in 26 companies to date across sectors and his recent investments include in online flower marketplace Flowebx's Series A and in the seed rounds of proptech Thirdfort, online library Perlego and audio personal trainer Auro. 

Founded in 1999, Huaxin Century is an investment firm specializing in real estate development and project management.

Founded in 2003, Ginkgo conducts equity investments in companies from the consumer product and internet sectors (mainly e-commerce, new media and fintech). 

CMS Zhiyuan Capital Co Ltd was founded in August 2009. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Merchants Securities, with a registered capital of RMB 2.1 billion. Operating as a private equity firm, it is ranked amongst the top private funds in China with assets under management exceeding RMB 20 billion.

Founded in Shenzhen in 1993, Grandland Holdings comprises four companies - Grandland Group, Grandland Property, Grandland Capital, and Grandland Investment. It operates in the sectors of decoration, real estate, high-tech and finance. Grandland Holdings has total assets of RMB 30 billion, which are invested in more than 30 listed companies. It acquired the Permasteelisa Group, a leading Italian curtain wall corporation, for RMB 3.66 billion in 2017.

Palladium Capital is a London-based private investment firm, originally established in 2005 as an independent strategic and financial adviser focusing on Central and Eastern Europe.Since 2010, Palladium has expanded activities to include Western Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. In 2014, the firm started direct private equity investments, acting on behalf of private family-owned funds and strategic investment partners. In February 2018, the advisory business was transferred to the newly formed sister company XPX Partners.

YI Capital was founded in 2014 by Chen Wenjiang and Li Muqing, both formerly of CDH Investments. YI Capital’s investment focuses are housing, finance, automotive, express delivery, e-commerce and lifestyle. It manages around RMB 2.5 billion in capital.

Founded in 1993, New Oriental is the largest provider of private educational services in China. Foreign language training and basic education currently make up its core business. New Oriental offers services in pre-school education, online education, vocational education, overseas study consulting, textbook publishing and education software R&D. New Oriental schools operate in 70 cities nationwide and in Toronto. As an institutional investor, the company has invested in over 40 startups, the vast majority of which are edtechs.

Tianxing Capital is a venture capital management company that was founded in 2012. It has invested in over 500 enterprises so far. Its investment focuses are media, healthcare, energy conservation, environmental protection, high-end manufacturing, etc. 

Wholly owned by the Singapore-based real estate group CapitaLand, The Ascott is the world’s leading international serviced residence owner-operator, present in more than 25 countries. Ascott China is also one of the leading players in China’s apartment service and management industry, with 17,000+ units in 27 cities.

China Merchants Capital (CMC), the investment management platform of China Merchants Group, was established in 2012 with a registered capital of RMB 1 billion. As of the end of 2014, it had assets under management worth nearly US$3 billion. CMC invests mainly in the infrastructure, medical & pharmaceutical, financial services, real estate, high-tech, agriculture & foods, media, equipment machinery, mining and energy sectors, among others.

Vostok New Ventures is a Swedish investment company that invests globally in companies with network effects, founded in 2007. It has a special focus on the areas of real estate, recruitment and job sites, travel and transportation services and general classified ads. It participates in growth-stage companies and has invested in 27 companies, 18 of which as leading investor. Its exits are Avito, Quandoo and Delivery Hero.

K11 is a shopping mall brand based in Hong Kong. It was founded in 2008 by entrepreneur Adrian Cheng. Cheng’s family owns and controls Hong Kong conglomerate New World Development, which deals mainly in property, infrastructure and services, department stores and hotels, and jewelry group Chow Tai Fook.
