BRI Ventures is the corporate VC arm of Indonesian state-owned bank BRI. It was established in 2019 and brought in Nicko Widjaja, who previously worked for MDI Ventures (another state-owned CVC linked to Telkom) as their CEO. It has also invested in the €350,000 pre-seed round of revenue management for traveltech Climber and in the US$725,000 pre-seed round of adtech advertio.

Genesia Ventures is a Japanese VC firm founded and led by former CyberAgent Ventures executive Soichi Tajima. The company's name is a portmanteau word combining "genesis" and "Asia" and the fund focuses on seed and pre-Series A rounds. It has backed startups in new media and those implementing new technology to traditional sectors. Its portfolio includes Japanese companies Sukedachi and Linc Corporation as well as Southeast Asian startups Homedy and Bobobox.

Serena Ventures is a venture capital investment firm founded by professional tennis player and businesswoman Serena Williams. The company focuses on early-stage companies founded by young, diverse teams. Since it was founded in 2014, it has invested in more than 30 companies with a cumulative market cap of $12b. Coffee brand Kopi Kenangan is its first investment in the Indonesian market. Serena Ventures has invested in notable companies like plant-based meat maker Impossible Foods, cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase, as well as Serena Williams’ own fashion label, S by Serena.

Founded by John Ball in 2000, Steamboat Ventures is Disney’s venture capital subsidiary. They invest in early through growth stage companies with specialization in digital media and consumer technology.

Intudo Ventures is an Indonesia-focused venture capital firm. It invests in companies led by returning Southeast Asian entrepreneurs who had studied or worked outside the region for a significant amount of time.
