Established in 2009, Shenzhen-based Guoxin Fund was formerly a subsidiary of Tianjin Chongshi Equity Investment Fund Management Co. Ltd. bp ventures is an investment arm of the energy group BP with an annual venture investment budget between $150m and $200m. The group invests in new energy solutions, with over 30 startups’ investments in its portfolio supporting BP’s core business in oil and gas.bp ventures has increasingly invested over the past years in carbon-management technologies, low-carbon products, and advanced mobility through EV charging companies like the Chinese Shanghai PowerShare Tech and the California-based FreeWire Technologies.

TI Platform Management is a US-based investment firm founded by Alex Bangash and Trang T Nguyen, who are also the founders of LP network and investment news platform TrustedInsight. He was also a managing partner at FuelUp Business Factory, a business boutique specializing in high-tech solutions for retail and customer intelligence. Acosta is also a guest professor at the European Business Factory and the Catholic University of Murcia.

Lara Vidreiro graduated in Business Management and Administration at the Catholic Lisbon School of Business and Economics in 2012. At the age of 21, she started her first business Style in a Box with co-founder and college friend Filipa Neto when they struggled to find dresses for a gala. In 2014, she pivoted her business model into a designer clothing rental platform Chic by Choice. She was named as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe 2018: Retail and E-commerce. Vidreiro also joined A2D Consulting in Lisbon as e-commerce and digital senior consultant in November 2017.

Marc Coloma is the co-founder and CEO of Spanish plant-based meat startup, Foods for Tomorrow, where he has worked since 2017.  Earlier, he spent two years at the local government business promotion organization Barcelona Activa's Entrepreneur's With Ideas training program, where Food for Tomorrow’s business and Heura foods product ideas were conceived. Coloma's background includes stints at a Catalonian animal charity and Doctors Without Borders (MSF) in project work and fundraising respectively, and as COO of a catering company. A committed vegan and environmentalist, Coloma was named on Forbes list of 100 Most Creative People in Business in July 2019.

Palladium Capital is a London-based private investment firm, originally established in 2005 as an independent strategic and financial adviser focusing on Central and Eastern Europe.Since 2010, Palladium has expanded activities to include Western Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. In 2014, the firm started direct private equity investments, acting on behalf of private family-owned funds and strategic investment partners. In February 2018, the advisory business was transferred to the newly formed sister company XPX Partners.

Jointly managed by Fondo de Fondos and Sun Mountain Capital, Mexico Ventures leads venture capital strategies in Mexico and USA. The VC offers solutions to add value to diverse business portfolios. Starting with minimum investments of US$1 million, the firm has interests in companies and other funds. It is based at the offices of the Mexican Capital Investment Corporation in Mexico City and also has operations in Santa Fe and New Mexico.

Owned by the Catalan Government, the Catalan Finance Institute (ICF) is a public institution that offers a range of financing solutions, including loans and venture capital. ICF aims to boost private angel and seed investments within the Catalan entrepreneurial ecosystem, while diversifying its investment sources. In 2012, ICF started investing in early-stage startups based in the Catalan territory, providing equity loans of between €50,000 and €200,000. It also participates in syndicated funding within a network of Catalan business angels.

Lenovo Accelerator was co-founded by Lenovo Capital and Incubator Group and Hong Kong-based business park Cyberport in Hong Kong in May 2016. It invests mainly in early-stage startups specialized in cutting-edge technologies and TMT. It is Lenovo Group's first startup accelerator in China. Each startup selected by Lenovo Accelerator receives RMB 500,000 to RMB 1m in funding from Lenovo Group.

Picart Petcare is the family business of Albert Icart Martori, co-founder of Kibus Petcare. It has been in operation since 1953 and is based in Barcelona. Not usually an investor in tech or startups, it has invested solely in healthy pet food preparation hardware startup Kibus with a pre-seed investment of €120,000 in 1Q 2019. Picart distributes pet food and animal feed in more than 25 European and Middle Eastern markets and is set to be a key distributor of Kibus' hardware.
