Irzan Raditya believes that technology should make people’s lives easier. In 2015, the serial entrepreneur co-founded a virtual concierge service YesBoss in Indonesia, now rebranded as Kata.ai.After graduating in Computer Science from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW) Berlin in Germany, he co-founded various startups such as Amplitweet, Styyli and superhero-themed clothing line Cape & Fly. He was also the head of mobile products at the food delivery service Lieferando.de and its parent company Takeaway.com. Between 2009 and 2013, Irzan was a bassist and also the international marketing manager for the German band “Not Called Jinx”.

Chris Franke is a German entrepreneur who worked as a usability designer at the German food delivery startup Lieferando.de where he met Irzan Raditya. Chris later became the Head of Design for Lieferando.de and its parent company Takeaway.com.In 2015, Chris decided to team up with Irzan to develop YesBoss that was later replaced by a chatbot engine Kata.ai, with Chris as its COO. He left Kata.ai in 2017 but remains on the board of advisors. Chris is also the CMO of Seatris, a restaurant booking management startup in Germany. He is also a guest lecturer at Technische Universität Berlin, Germany.

Irma Hidayana, one of the initiators of Indonesia Cicak anti-corruption movement, is reading a doctorate at the Teachers’ College in Columbia University. She graduated from Gadjah Mada University and has a master’s in Public Health from Montclair State University. Irma started her career as an intern consultant at UNICEF and has been a consultant for the baby food industry and IYCF in UNICEF since 2014. She has worked as an ICT consultant to expand maternal and neonatal survival projects in six Indonesian provinces since 2012. Irma was also a co-founder of the Indonesian Breastfeeding Counsellor Association IKMI.

Graphic and UI/UX designer Miguel Jesus is a graduate from Aveiro University, the alma mater of TOPDOX co-founder Nelson Pereira. Both men had also worked at INEGI Porto before becoming entrpreneurs. In 2012, the two friends co-founded startup TOP Research that participated in Rockstart's accelerator program in 2014 and pivoted into TOPDOX. However, since the demise of TOPDOX in December 2017, Jesus is now working as lead designer at Swiss food sustainability platform Foodways. In 2018, the university mates have co-founded another tech startup ikuTeam, with Jesus as lead designer. The file-sharing platform is part of Atlassian Marketplace.

He worked on building a new 3D printing technique for organs before switching to AI. To do so, Bellavista embarked on a project to apply this technology to the hospitality industry, testing it out at the Nostrum outlet, a self-service food franchise, that he co-owns. The result is Proppos FastPay, an intelligent self-checkout solution powered by computer vision. Founded in 2018, Proppos is currently finalizing pilots with international clients and preparing for its official, commercial launch in 2020.

HATCH is an aquaculture-tech-focused accelerator program initiated by the aquaculture-focused seed VC investor Alimentos Ventures to help related startups reach commercialization and access further funding.
