Co-founder and CMO of Du'Anyam
Melia Winata graduated from Australia’s University of Melbourne with a degree in Biomedicine. While studying there between 2010 and 2012, she worked as a Mathematics teacher at Kumon. She eventually returned to Indonesia and became an executive director at the Indonesian branch of international real estate agency RE/MAX Prestige.In 2014, she joined two high school friends to establish Du’Anyam, becoming the CMO at the social enterprise that seeks to empower women through wicker crafting.

Co-founder and CEO of Bareksa
Prior to establishing online investment platform Bareksa, Ady Pangerang was the head of the IT department at the Indonesian branch of BNP Paribas. He later held a similar role at VIVA, an Indonesian online news and entertainment portal. Ady left VIVA in 2013 to focus on Bareksa, together with former VIVA colleague Karaniya Dharmasaputra. Ady holds a bachelor’s in Robotics from Ecole Centrale Nantes, France and a master’s in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University, USA.
Prior to establishing online investment platform Bareksa, Ady Pangerang was the head of the IT department at the Indonesian branch of BNP Paribas. He later held a similar role at VIVA, an Indonesian online news and entertainment portal. Ady left VIVA in 2013 to focus on Bareksa, together with former VIVA colleague Karaniya Dharmasaputra. Born in 1989, Zhao graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He went on to earn a master's in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago in 2013 and another master's in Operations Research from Columbia University in 2014. After graduating from Columbia, he worked at OppenheimerFunds for six months. In early 2015, he returned to China to start his entrepreneurial career. He founded Koala Reading in September 2016.

A recent Information Technology graduate of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Indonesia, Adinda Budi Kusuma Putra co-founded Indonesian natural language processing startup Prosa.ai with his ITB lecturers. As a student, he had interned at unicorn travel portal Traveloka and event booking startup Goers while also developing an award-winning "hoax analyzer" as part of a school project. Adinda left Prosa.ai in October 2018.

With over eight years of experience in software engineering roles, Ivhan Famly Gunawan is co-founder and CTO of freight forwarding marketplace Andalin. After graduation, he worked at software development firms Sqiva and Swifec Solusi Indonesia, developing database and reservation systems for corporate clients when at Sqiva. Ivhan became Andalin's co-founder in 2016, but remains an advisor to Swifec Indonesia. Ivhan graduated from Universitas Bina Nusantara, Indonesia in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in Information Systems.

For five years, he was the CTO of Redbooth (formerly Teambox), a cloud-based SaaS project management tool that facilitates collaboration and communication within teams. Ramon had fortuitously met the Redbooth team when trying to secure funding and partners for zspeakers.com, a social media influencer monetizing platform he had earlier established. Ramon has a BSc in Multimedia and another in Software Engineering.
