Haoqipei Founder and CEO Chen Xi graduated from Tianjin University's Special Class for the Gifted Young. He is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the gaming and social networking sectors. Before founding Haoqipei in 2016, Chen co-founded corporate management  solutions provider Redsoft, mobile gaming startup CMF Mobile Game, mobile marketing solution provider CMF Mobile and business social networking startup Renmaitong. 

Miguel Matos is a Portuguese entrepreneur and co-founder of FarmCloud, where he has been CEO and head of business development since 2016. He had earlier been a partner and sales manager at FarmControl World and FarmControl Brasil, the forerunners of FarmCloud. Matos is also co-founder of biometrics company Sidelmat and founder of Portugal's first company developing biometric solutions, BioGlobal, where he was CEO from 2011 to 2014. Matos holds a degree majoring in Marketing from the University Institute of Lisbon (ISCTE). 

Rifki Pratomo established freight forwarding marketplace startup Andalin in 2016, where he is currently CEO. Rifki earned his bachelor's in Business Administration at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar in 2011 before returning to Indonesia a year later to join Maybank's graduate program. From 2014 to end 2015, he was a finance manager at Shell's lubricant supply chain division in Indonesia, after which he had a brief stint with Garena before starting Andalin.

With over eight years of experience in software engineering roles, Ivhan Famly Gunawan is co-founder and CTO of freight forwarding marketplace Andalin. After graduation, he worked at software development firms Sqiva and Swifec Solusi Indonesia, developing database and reservation systems for corporate clients when at Sqiva. Ivhan became Andalin's co-founder in 2016, but remains an advisor to Swifec Indonesia. Ivhan graduated from Universitas Bina Nusantara, Indonesia in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in Information Systems. 

Prior to establishing freight services marketplace Andalin in 2016, Saut Tambunan spent 16 years in accounting and finance functions at energy companies. After graduating with a bachelor's in Accounting from Universitas Widyatama, Indonesia in 2000, Saut joined Halliburton's Indonesian operations, eventually becoming senior accountant. In 2008, he joined Shell as a finance advisor for their lubricant supply chain and logistics divisions. Saut left Shell in 2016 to focus on Andalin, where he is currently COO. 

Juan Monzón Fabregat is a Spanish entrepreneur, angel investor and marketer. He is the co-founder of tech innovation company Meraki Codes and Exovite, where he is CEO. For three years, Monzón helmed Health Valencia 2.0, an organization which seeks to bring technological innovation to the health sector. He has completed courses at the Sloan School of Management and Singularity University. 

Former Go-Jek operations manager Wisnu Nugrahadi has embarked on his own entrepreneurial journey, establishing gig marketplace app Sampingan in 2018.  After a brief stint as an intern at Uber Indonesia where he was part of the company's Bandung launch team, Wisnu joined on-demand transportation company Go-Jek in June 2015. He was promoted to head of operations for Go-Life (the lifestyle services arm of Go-Jek) within a few months of joining, after which he became senior operations manager in 2017. Wisnu graduated with a bachelor's in Business Administration from Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia in 2015. 

Margana Mohamad studied Management and Entrepreneurship at Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia, from 2010 to 2014. As a student, he had run his own Bandung-based bartending and kitchen consultancy, which he left in 2016 to join pharmaceutical giant GSK. Between 2017 and 2018, Margana was managing director at outsourcing firm Palu Business Services, after which he established gig marketplace startup Sampingan.

Dimas Pramudya graduated with a bachelor's in Business from Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. Between 2011 and 2013 while still at university, Dimas became the corporate funding head of Keuken, securing corporate sponsorships for the popular Bandung food festival. In 2014, he joined Sony Indonesia, managing the company's portable audio product sales, before moving to Go-Jek in 2017 to head up the company's growth experiments in Go-Tix and Go-Pay. Dimas and former Go-Jek colleague Wisnu Nugrahadi established gig marketplace app Sampingan in 2018.

Raúl Tapias Herranz was previously a sales manager with Galp Energy. While coordinating a digital transformation project at Galp, Tapias decided to leave behind 17 years in the energy sector to establish digital identity startup Ecertic, where he is currently CEO. Tapias holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Carlos III University in Madrid, which he partially studied in Maastricht in the Netherlands, as well as completing a master's in Marketing and Sales Management from IE Business School.

Leopoldo Chamarro Puga has spent most of his career in management, marketing and communications. He is the co-founder, and for the past 11 years, managing director of Promoland Media, a Madrid-based marketing and communications agency. Puga was previously an aircraft avionics technician before completing a marketing degree at the CENP (Spanish Center for New Professions). He was Spanair's marketing director for eight years before founding Promoland Media. Puga also sits on the board of startups Waynabox and Ecertic, a digital identity company of which he is a co-founder.

Peter Shearer is a marketing communications professional who co-founded of AR&Co, a company under the WIR advertising group, that provides augmented reality-based interactive ads. As WIR's Chief Business Development Officer, he also co-founded DÄV, which creates AI-enabled interactive advertising platforms for FMCG brands in convenience stores. Peter left his position at WIR and its affiliated companies in 2017 to establish Wahyoo, an Indonesian startup that upgrades traditional roadside eateries to boost their owners' incomes.

Han used to be in charge of marketing at car services provider Autohome. In 2009, she joined designer menswear e-retailer Masa Maso as its marketing director. In 2012, Han became CMO of online cosmetics retailer Lefeng.com. Several months later, she and her husband co-founded Wolonge.com, an online community for employees to write reviews about their employers. By late 2012, the website had over 1 million users, but it ultimately failed. In March 2016, Han founded Huajuan Mall.

Bao holds two bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Communications Engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago. He worked as an associate at Morgan Stanley's Global Capital Markets business unit from 2011 to 2015. Bao then worked as an investment associate at Chinese group buying website Meituan-Dianping from 2015 to 2016 and at Legend Capital from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, he co-founded Huajuan Mall and has since served as head of strategy.

Chai Aina is a veteran marketing management professional. She was also a third-party logistics service supplier for Alibaba's B2C online e-tailer Tmall.com.  She co-founded Huidu Environmental in August 2017.
