CTO and Co-founder of DGene
An expert in graphics hardware, Jason Yang obtained both his master’s degree and a doctorate in Computer Science from MIT in 2002 and 2004 respectively. He worked as a technical director at AMD from 2005 to 2016, taking multiple roles from senior engineer to senior manager of GPU Performance Engineering.He co-founded a mobile game and game services company Kumakore in 2012. With more than 15 years of experience in web app development, Riza Fahmi is Chief Evangelist and co-founder of programming academy and web development bootcamp, Hacktiv8. After earning a bachelor's in Information Technology from Universitas Bina Nusantara in 2003, he worked as a programmer for PT Ainet Indonesia, developing systems like SMS alerts and school administration platforms. In 2007, he left PT Ainet Indonesia and worked for various companies, including news portal Okezone. From 2013 to 2015, he worked as a developer at edtech platform HarukaEDU and, from 2015 to 2016, he was CTO of Citizen Lab, a Belgian SaaS platform for smart cities to get feedback from the public. He returned to Indonesia in 2016 and co-founded Hacktiv8 with Ronald Ishak. He also has a master's in Information Technology from Universitas Indonesia.

After earning his PhD in Electronic Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2009, Zhu Mingjie conducted post-doctoral research on database and information systems at the Max Planck Institute for Computer Science in Germany from June 2009 to April 2010. He then worked as a research engineer at Yahoo! until February 2011. From May 2011 to July 2013, he worked first as a senior product manager and later as a data scientist at eBay Inc. He then returned to China and served as Ctrip's Data Director until June 2015. He founded CraiditX in December 2015.

Nuno Fonseca is the sole founder of Sound Particles, the Portuguese 3D audio software platform for sound designers. Fonseca had been working on his technology since 2012 while working in other roles and founded Sound Particles in 2016. For almost 18 years, Fonseca was Program Coordinator for Digital Games and Multimedia at the Polytechnic University of Leiria. Simultaneously, for six years until 2018, Fonseca was a teacher of Music Technology at Lisbon's Higher School of Music. His educational achievements include a PhD in Computer Engineering in the area of audio production. He has also published two books and more than 20 academic papers on audio technology.

In 2012, he left Jogja Web Services, joined travel booking site Pegipegi – now owned by Traveloka – and founded a new digital marketing consultancy, WireHub. In 2014, he joined Lazada and Blanja.com. In 2015, Rifai and his co-founders established Kofera, which offers automated digital marketing using AI. Kofera helps its clients efficiently connect various types of data, including sales and stock, on one platform, where the data can be accessed, processed and used to automatically guide ad spending. In 2018, Rifai spun off a new business from Kofera: Volantis, a company that applies Kofera's data-driven principles to more use cases and provides enterprise clients with end-to-end services.

Co-founder and CEO of VUE Vlog, Kuang Fei was so intrigued by design when he was studying electronics and communication engineering at the Harbin Institute of Technology that he spent most of his time doing part-time designing jobs. Upon graduation, he started his designing career at NetEase in 2007. However his career veered towards product management when, a year later, he joined Tencent in Allen Zhang's team (the team that later designed WeChat). In 2012, Kuang joined a startup, an Android app store called Wandoujia as Chief Product Officer. In late 2015, he left Wandoujia and, in 2016, started VUE with two colleagues, an app that both fits his interest in designing and experience in product.
