Sofia Lu graduated in Information Technology in 2012 at Bina Nusantara University. She has also worked as a teaching assistant and researcher at the university during her degree course. When a group of fellow developers and gamers at the Bandung Institute of Technology decided to build their own game development company, he decided to join. In 2016, he transitioned into his new role as Agate's Chief People Officer.
