Global citizen Mariano Kostelec is an Argentinian native who has lived in Asia and Europe. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with Management from King’s College London, Kostelec moved to Asia to work at Groupon China (GaoPeng) and Wimbu China. He then moved to Portugal to launch Uniplaces with friends Miguel Amaro and Ben Grech. He is a member of the Entrepreneur Organization in Lisbon and of the Sandbox Network and has appeared on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

James Wiryadi graduated in 2014 from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. The chemical engineer went on to read a master's in Real Estate at New York University.He gained work experience in finance through internships at OCBC, PwC and other financial advisory firms before returning to Indonesia in 2017. In 2018, he became an analyst at CapitaLand Indonesia, a local branch of the Singapore real estate developer. In June 2019, he left CapitaLand to focus on building the new equity crowdfunding platform CrowdDana.

In 2004, he founded Irisdesain, a studio which fulfilled below the line corporate branding needs. In 2013, Imron co-founded Digital Happiness, an Indonesian video games development studio. Prior to setting up Digital Happiness, he was a 3D animator and design consultant. He created a simulation game for the Indonesian army. He is now CEO of Digital Happiness.

Clara Hardy is GM and co-founder of Spanish bioplastics startup Oimo. She has worked there since 1Q19 and her duties include fundraising, marcom, stakeholder relations and business intelligence. This is her first major position. She was previously an intern at several large organizations, including the Walt Disney Company where she worked in digital marketing for a year. Hardy also spent several months as Digital Marketing Manager at Nexus Training and Mobility. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from London’s Brunel University.
