The mechanical engineer from Nanyang Technological University majored in manufacturing, including automation, logistics and supply chains. Born in 1982, Chen Qi graduated from Wuhan University with a bachelor’s degree in Remote Sensing in 2005, the same year as fellow alumnus Gong Huaze.
