Founder and CEO of Citibox
David Bernabeu Moliner majored in Pharmacy at the University of Valencia, but soon discovered his interest in business that led him to an MBA program at the San Vicente Mártir Catholic University of Valencia, Spain. He then worked as the CEO of Promober in Valencia for 10 years until 2014.One day, after waiting four hours for a delivery, he came up with the idea of a service that would extricate everyone from such unnecessary and unpleasant experiences. With a bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the University of Salamanca, Emilio Galán is an experienced software engineer. He has worked as a developer at various companies including Telefónica for over three years, before joining GPM group’s Gestores de Proyectos Multimedia as a business manager in 2007.Galán and Rubén Sánchez Martín left GPM in 2012 to establish Beonprice. Both co-founders have completed business courses including an MBA from the European Business School of Madrid, the Ignite Programme at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge UK and the Endeavor Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures program with Harvard Business School.

Hugo Monteiro is a Portuguese IT Engineer from Universidade de Lisboa. The co-founder and VP Engineering of Spotahome was previously employed at Portugal Telecom and BNP Paribas. He has also worked for startups like UniPlaces in the real estate sector in Lisbon, Portugal.He connected with co-founder Bryan McEire when the latter moved from Spain to work in Lisbon. He was invited to join the Spotahome co-founding team when the proptech was revived by CEO Artacho on his return from London.

Then in 2001, he co-founded Integrat in South Africa, a mobile media enabler for Mobile Network Operator. He is now the Group COO at Integrat Pty Ltd. Cremer was also the COO of InTarget from 2001 until 2016. Through business trips, he met up with co-founder Dennis Vilovic who broached the idea of starting a group travel planning platform. In 2017, they co-founded TroopTravel to make global travel planning more efficient for corporates.

He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Toronto in 2010. After graduation, he worked briefly as a game developer and an auditor in the TMT industry. Before joining Hero Entertainment as co-founder and president, Wu was the youngest vice president in the history of ZhenFund, a Chinese VC firm. From 2012 to 2015, he helped ZhenFund invest in multiple successful gaming projects, including several developed by Hero Entertainment.

The system has been applied by Alibaba Group in its God of Creation project that allows consumers to view 3D visuals while browsing through physical shops online from home.

Shannon Falconer graduated with a master’s in botany at the University of Vancouver in 2006. She also completed a PhD in biochemistry at The McMaster University in 2014. She went on to work as a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University until 2016 when she decided to become the CEO and co-founder of biotech startup Because Animals. She also led the biotech’s R&D team to develop plant-based nutritional cookies and treats for dog and cats. Because Animals now aims to produce the world’s first cell-based cultured meat products for pets.

Dieteren has since used his knowledge to co-found two companies, Findster Technologies, a dual pet tracker and fitness tech, and SWORD Health, the first remote physiotherapy tech. Dieteren currently lives in the Netherlands where he works as Process Control Engineer for Sitech Services.

He also worked in digital marketing for Quotient Technology, formerly Coupons.com for two years, and in business development and marketing at the WorldOne agency for the same amount of time. Denoël holds both a master’s and a bachelor’s degree from HEC Management School in Liege, Belgium, the former in Marketing and Organization, the latter in Management.
