Self-tagged as a “designtrepreneur”, for whom “Everything is temporary” (says his social media bio) and Leonard Cohen fan, Alex Zhu is the co-founder and Co-CEO of Musical.ly. After graduating from Zhejiang University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Zhu started his career as a product designer for chinapages. Viperi Limiardi is the commissioner of Artav, the national distributor for mobile network operator XL Axiata. Artav was an early investor in Kioson and is now a majority shareholder of the recently public-listed fintech in Indonesia. A Computer Science graduate from Universitas Trisakti, Viperi had also worked as a professional banker at Bank Indonesia for more than 15 years.

Undaunted, he went on to establish a TV shopping company and a VOIP company. He also founded PT Mitra Cipta Teknologi, the company behind e-commerce HargaHot in 2012. However, Jasin later decided to quit HargaHot to co-found Kioson in 2015.

Describing himself as a cashless believer, Danny Lim Wei Xiang has a master’s in Professional Accounting from Tsinghua University in China. The law graduate is also reading a PhD in Law at his alma mater. Danny has worked as a product manager at Baidu and as a financial analyst for Lenovo, before joining games developer Wozlla as VP of Sales and Marketing in 2014. In October 2016, he joined Wozlla’s co-founder Zac Cheah to establish Pundi-Pundi. He is currently the CFO of Pundi X, a cryptocurrency spin-off of Pundi-Pundi.

In 2011, after graduating from STMIK Jenderal Ahmad Yani in Yogyakarta, he co-founded online flight ticket agency GarasiTiket.com. He also founded Sudut Indonesia, a social media traveller’s guide to Discover Amazing Indonesia in 2014. Galuh also worked as a digital marketing consultant at Ditto Anindita’s B2B ticket aggregator site OkeTiket. He then became a co-founder of an AI-powered chatbot, responsible for Botika’s business development and partnerships.

He later became a venture partner at Plug and Play Indonesia and has also invested in Turkey’s motorbike transport app Scotty in 2017. He is also a director and co-founder of data science education center Algoritma that helps students gain employable skills.

He is currently the managing director of Maison du Pain, a London bakery with buyers from all over Europe.
