Ranny Anita is an experienced project manager in the construction and energy industries who has worked at Contromation Energy Services, construction firm PT Grahaputra Mandiri Kharisma and the Siloam Hospitals Group. She left Contromation in October 2017 to join former colleague Zaki Muliawan to establish Manpro.Ranny holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s in Project Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan, Indonesia.

Rubén Sánchez Martín majored in Computer Engineering at the University of Salamanca and has an MBA from the European Business School in Madrid. In 2017, he joined the Endeavor Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures program with Harvard Business School.Based in Salamanca, he is the founding partner of Socio that has been operating two women-only fitness centers Curves since 2006. In 2009, he established Chocolat Factory. While running the businesses, Sánchez had been working at IT group GPM Innovación since 1998. He left GPM and closed down his chocolate delicatessen in 2012 to focus on Beonprice as co-founder and CEO.

With a bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the University of Salamanca, Emilio Galán is an experienced software engineer. He has worked as a developer at various companies including Telefónica for over three years, before joining GPM group’s Gestores de Proyectos Multimedia as a business manager in 2007.Galán and Rubén Sánchez Martín left GPM in 2012 to establish Beonprice. Both co-founders have completed business courses including an MBA from the European Business School of Madrid, the Ignite Programme at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge UK and the Endeavor Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures program with Harvard Business School.

In 2014, Pau Sendra graduated in Aeronautical Engineering at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), where he worked as a research assistant for one academic year. He studied for one year at the Aeronautical Business School ITAérea in 2012, working there for almost two years until June 2014. He holds a private pilot license from the European Aviation Safety Agency.The 20-year old Sendra brainstormed the idea of surprise citybreaks “Wayna” while on holiday with two friends in 2013. Since then, Sendra has received several entrepreneurial awards, winning the Young Entrepreneurs National Contest in 2015.

Unlike the other two members of the Waynabox founding trio, Daniel Jiménez is a computer engineer, specializing in artificial intelligence at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.Jiménez worked as a DJ for one year at Radio Martorell while at university.  He also worked at NFC Developer and Ingravity Media until his graduation in 2014. He won the Nasa Space Apps Challenge award in Valencia with Project Ceres in 2016.

Suwandi Soh is an experienced business consultant with a background in industrial engineering. Prior to founding HR management platform Sleekr, he worked as a Six Sigma consultant at Premysis Consulting and was a partner at SSCX, an Indonesian management consulting firm.Suwandi graduated from Universitas Trisakti, Indonesia, with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.

Founder and CEO of Duozhuayu. Wei studied International News at the Communication University of China. After working as a director for Beijing Enlight Media, she worked as a market executive for several well-known Chinese internet companies. Wei gained expertise in community building at Zhihu.com (the Chinese equivalent of Quora) and insight into the second-hand market at Xianyu (a second-hand trading platform backed by Alibaba). After resigning from Xianyu, Wei started Duozhuayu.

After graduating from Indonesia’s Institut Teknologi Bogor (ITB) with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Faris Rahman worked as a freelance app developer and project coordinator who built custom HR and accounting solutions for Indonesian companies. Faris also had a stint with multinational firm KBR Inc and started a short-lived venture, Travellist-tour. In 2016, he established computer vision startup Nodeflux.

Founder and CEO of Xiangwushuo. Sun has ten years’ experience in the retail and internet industries in China and the US. In 2011, he received his MBA from Stanford University. After graduation, Sun worked as head of retail business at Asia Miles for three years, where he was in charge of virtual currency and data management as well as new market entry and P&L. His three years of experience with point redemption finance systems helped him start Xiangwushuo.

Co-founder of Nongfenqi. Zhang received his master’s degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from the Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology. Zhang met Zhou Jian when they both worked at Oufei, and the two collaborated to start Zhou’s computer game company. Zhang himself has invested tens of millions of RMB in Nongfenqi.

Clara Montesinos García has over 15 years of experience in social media communications and advertising. She worked at a local radio station while reading an Advertising and Public Relations degree at Universidad CEU San Pablo in Madrid.   After graduation in 2004, she embarked on a career in marketing and social media, becoming the Director of Communications for the Spanish Twitter or Tweet Awards in 2011. She also created one of Spain’s oldest Instagram community “Instagramers Comunitat Valenciana”. In 2014, García co-founded Influencity and became its CMO, managing brand communication and digital strategies for “Influencers” worldwide.

Daniel Sánchez is an IT engineer with a Computer Science degree from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. He has over 10 years of experience working as a systems analyst for companies like Accenture, Vision IT group, Alten and Isban in Spain and on projects in Italy, Ireland, Germany and the Czech Republic. In 2013, he founded GetYourCause.com, a crowdfunding platform for social causes. He was also a teaching professor of the Influencers Campaign Management and Brand Ambassadors program developed by the USJ in collaboration with Socialnautas. In 2014, he became the CEO and co-founder of Influencity.

Alberto Vilva has worked as a web developer, product and graphic designer since 2010, before becoming the CPO and co-founder of Influencity. He graduated in Industrial Product Design and Development from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) in 2014. He is also the creator of artsy-poses.com, a product design programming platform with 5,000 unique visitors. When it was discontinued, over 1,000 petitions were signed to get the platform restored. He also co-founded porlabocamuereelpez.com. The satiric webpage about Spanish politicians was featured by Huffington Post, lasprovincias.es and regional radio stations.

Founder, CEO and chairperson of Zhang Tong Jia Yuan. Ye graduated from the Zhangzhou Institute of Technology in 2001 with a degree in Computer Science. After graduating, he worked as a programmer and later as an R&D manager at a software company in Fuzhou. Ye began his entrepreneurial career in 2007 when he started Xiamen Yirui Software Technology Co., Ltd. In 2011, drawing upon his years of experience in security and safety systems, he set up Xiamen Shenzhouying Software Technology Co., Ltd., which provides remote monitoring services.
