Antonio Rami, also known as Toni Rami, is a co-founder and COO of Kantox, a foreign currency exchange management platform. He was born in Mallorca in 1986 and now lives in Barcelona, where he has worked at Kantox since it was established in 2011. Prior to Kantox, Rami worked as a consultant of strategy and operations at Deloitte and at Inveready Technology Investment Group as an investment advisor. The idea was inspired by a personal experience when Windischhofer bought a used smartphone after seeing a classified ad. The phone stopped working after two weeks. The incident prompted him to create an e-commerce platform specializing in selling quality refurbished e-products with carbon-neutral credentials like planting a tree for every sales transaction.
