Former journalist Miguel Leite had founded two businesses, Punch and FullFlex Interactive Media, before establishing Tradiio in 2014. The ex-label manager of Universal Music Portugal saw first-hand the challenges faced by emerging artists to make a living from their music. The music platform Tradiio aims to help artists sell their music directly to consumers via paid music downloads.Leite has a master’s in Business Communication from Barcelona's Pompeu Fabra University. He is the founder of blockchain and cryptocurrency research project Coinvision, in addition to co-founding BetProtocol as CMO of the blockchain-powered platform for betting sites.

Chen Yuying majored in Japanese and tourism in the university. After graduation, she began her startup career by establishing a review website with her team. However, her first startup failed due to the immature internet business environment. But the startup experience helped her held a post in internet business department of Alibaba Group and Tencent.  In 2014,She joined Tujia website, an online booking website that connects travelers and hosts, as COO and helped it gain funding twice. In 2017, Chen Yuying joined Xiaoming Bike as CEO and began differentiated marketing strategies, focusing on strong supplement chain and operation in three tier city.

Founder and CEO of ParkBox. Huang graduated from Zhejiang University with a bachelor’s in Engineering and Industrial Design. In 2016, she received her master’s in Management from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She worked at P&G for almost four years and then at Philips for five years. ParkBox is her first entrepreneurial venture.

Born in 1987, Lu tried to start his first business while he was still studying for his bachelor's in Vehicle Engineering at Shenyang Ligong University. After graduating in 2010, he joined 24 quan, a group-buying startup, and was eventually put in charge of its marketing department. Lu joined Baidu in 2011 as product manager and was later promoted to channel manager. In 2013, Lu joined Edaixi, an O2O laundry service startup, as founding partner and CEO. He received his MBA from China Europe International Business School in 2016 and subsequently resigned from Edaixi. In 2018, he founded Kuaipeilian.

While working on his master's in Software Engineering at Sun Yat-sen University, Zhao founded an ebook-sharing site that gained over 200,000 users in one year. After graduating, he worked as a developer at telecom equipment maker Huawei from 2008 to 2015. In 2012, Zhao created yunweipai.com, China's first nonprofit online community to provide IT maintenance advice. In 2015, he resigned from Huawei and launched Makebang, a software crowdsourcing platform. Recognizing the limited growth potential of the industry, Zhao sold Makebang in 2017. In 2017, he co-founded Tiantian Xuenong with Yan Zitong, a friend from university, and became its CEO.

Débora Alasraki is an architect by profession and an MBA graduate from the Nimbas-Utrecht Management School. She gained experience as an architect in Germany and moved to Barcelona in 2002 to work as project manager for the 2004 Architecture Forum.She is committed to exploring technology applications in architecture and in 1996, she founded Concern GmbR, the first visual search engine for contemporary architects in Cologne. In 2007, she co-founded Urban Media 3D and its spin-off 3D Click was started in 2016. She is the CEO of 3D Click, an online collaborative platform for 3D packaging and printing.

Adriano de Jódar has a bachelor's in Business Administration from King's College, London and an MBA from IESE Business School of the University of Navarra in Barcelona.  He spent most of his early career as a broker in the petroleum sector but at the age of 33 he left his job and launched his first startup, Napbox, an intelligent soundproof cabin that can be installed in public areas providing customers with a private space to rest, sleep or work with no noise or disruption.De Jódar is also Director at Darida, a water brand in Minsk, Belarus.

Parejo is an MBA graduate from Barcelona's IESE Business School with double degrees in Law and Business Administration.He worked for several years as a lawyer for real estate and land development companies. He joined his first tech company in 2011, working as Head of Sales and Head of Department in Groupon Brazil.From 2014 to 2016, he was the managing director of iContainers, an online B2B and B2C platform for international ocean and airfreight shipments.He is now Co-founder and CMO of OnTruck, an innovation-oriented logistics company that optimizes road freight transportation through technology.

Indonesian Rika Christanto grew up in the US. A Harvard MBA graduate she has worked as an investment banking analyst in the technology group of Morgan Stanley and has over four years of consultancy experience in McKinsey.Christanto's first experience in the logistics sector was when she worked for an NGO in Uganda leading the operations to create a nationwide dairy supply chain. She left the consultancy world in 2016 to join OnTruck, an innovation-oriented logistics company that optimizes road freight transportation through technology, as a co-founder and CFO. She’s currently the company’s COO, leading both operations and finance.

Luis Portela Afonso is a Portuguese co-founder and iOS programmer at YouClap, where he has worked since early 2017. Previously, he worked as a software developer at Mindera in Porto, and as an iOS developer at WIT-Software and MeshApp. He holds a Master's in Computer and Telematics Engineering and a first degree from the University of Aveiro, where he also worked at the Alumni Organization after completing his studies. Daniel Araújo first became interested in startups while earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management at Católica Porto Business School. He went on to earn his master’s in International Business Development from the American Business School in Paris. After five years working in research and analytics at Google UK and Ireland, Araújo returned to Portugal to launch startup Attentive in 2015. He also co-founded online Portuguese startup and events directory NovaWeb with his brother Pedro while at Google. Araújo is also a mentor at the accelerator Techstars and a Global Shaper for the World Economic Forum's Lisbon Hub.

Nelson Pereira graduated in Graphic and Industrial Design at Aveiro University in 2005 and obtained a master’s in Engineering Design from the University of Porto in 2009. He also spent a year studying Digital Communications and Multimedia at the University of Porto in 2012.He has worked as a designer and brand manager for INEGI Porto for over nine years until 2015. He founded his first enterprise TOP Research in 2012 that later evolved into TOPDOX. Pereira currently works for Dropbox and Xpand IT. He is also co-founder and CEO of ikuTeam, a file-sharing developer for Atlassian Marketplace.  

After earning his PhD in Electronic Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2009, Zhu Mingjie conducted post-doctoral research on database and information systems at the Max Planck Institute for Computer Science in Germany from June 2009 to April 2010. He then worked as a research engineer at Yahoo! until February 2011. From May 2011 to July 2013, he worked first as a senior product manager and later as a data scientist at eBay Inc. He then returned to China and served as Ctrip's Data Director until June 2015. He founded CraiditX in December 2015. 

Tommy Yuwono founded his first venture, a business publication Milestone Interactive Digital magazine in 2011, while reading a business degree at Prasetiya Mulya Business School. After graduating in 2014, he joined securities company MNC Sekuritas to specialize in investment banking products like bond and medium-term notes for public and private companies.In 2016, he left MNC to become the chief digital officer and co-founder of online payments platform Ayopop. After securing Series A funding for Ayopop, he left and established education loan platform Pintek as CEO in 2018, together with Ayopop's CFO Ioann Fainsilber as co-founder.  

Nil Oleaga Ortega is the Spanish born COO and co-founder of Evix Safety, designers of an algorithm controlled airbag for cycling helmets, where he has worked since 2018.  At the same time, Oleaga works at the soccer training company Marcet as a Technical Director of one of its centers. He previously worked in varied short-term positions in sports, especially in soccer, and was employed for over two and a half years as Trainer at Alella Football Club. Oleaga holds a master's degree in Sports Management from the University of Barcelona, where he also studied a first degree in Sports Science.
