Computer engineer Wilson Yanaprasetya had acquired a range of software work experience at MDA, Radical Entertainment and Teradici, before graduating at the University of British Columbia in 2007. He worked at TELUS as a business analyst in Canada but left after almost five years to join a private equity firm Northstar Group in Indonesia. He left Northstar in 2016 to become a co-founder and COO of Qerja, a platform offering market data about companies, job pay scales and other career trends for professional roles.

A veteran in mobile communications and payments, Indah Maryani started her career at Indonesian telco giant Indosat in 2003. She worked there for over four years while reading a degree in Industrial Engineering at Universitas Persada Indonesia. Indah joined mobile company Utiba in 2007 and moved on to work at Fusion Payments in June 2011, climbing up the ranks to become VP of Services in 2015. Indah obtained an MBA from IPMI International Business School in 2017 and eventually left Fusion Payments to establish PT Infra Digital Indonesia.

Fan was awarded a China Fellowship by the Aspen Institute in 2016 and was chosen as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2017. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Tongji University in 2005, a master’s degree in Architecture from Princeton University in 2007 and a doctorate in Design from Harvard University in 2014. Fan has worked as an assistant professor in Interactive Design at UC Berkeley and as a lecturer at the China Central Academy of Fine Arts.

One of Baidu's first AI hire in the US, James Peng (Peng Jun) had worked at Google for seven years, specializing in back-end and front-end advertising systems. The Tsinghua University graduate with an MS from the University of Buffalo and PhD in engineering from Stanford University was invited by Wang Jing, senior vice president of Baidu, to start Baidu Research US. In 2015, he was promoted to Baidu's Chief Architect in charge of R&D of autonomous driving. At the end of 2016, Peng left Baidu and co-founded Pony.ai with another ex-Baidu employee, the coding whiz, Lou Tiancheng. 

Jonatan Gomes da Silva is the CMO and co-founder of cloud-based fintech Sheetgo. The Brazilian is an IT specialist based in Santa Caterina, Brazil. He has three degrees from two Brazilian universities and the think-tank Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Project Management, Web Programming and Computer Networks. He had previously worked at Moon Tools as a project manager. He was also a technology manager at Abramar Construtora. Both companies were run by fellow co-founder Yannick Rault van der Vaart.

Dahlia Citra Buana is a veteran in the journalistic and broadcasting world. After graduating from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia with a bachelor's degree in Politics, she began her career as a radio host and journalist in 2002, working for KBR68H and Green Radio Jakarta. In 2008 she joined Metro TV, eventually becoming the producer of Mata Najwa, a talk show hosted by well-known anchor Najwa Shihab. Together with Najwa, she established the omni-channel media network Narasi TV in 2017. Dahlia officially left Metro TV in 2018.

Mario López de Ávila Muñoz is a Spanish entrepreneur who has established four tech companies, including Exovite and Nodos CTC, the latter in operation since 2001.  Muñoz currently works at City_Ex, an initiative aimed at promoting smart city technology among municipalities. He is also a partner at Bip Iberia, a business tech consultancy, where he is focused on enterprise agility. Muñoz holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a doctorate in Creativity and Innovation in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. 

Dimas Pramudya graduated with a bachelor's in Business from Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. Between 2011 and 2013 while still at university, Dimas became the corporate funding head of Keuken, securing corporate sponsorships for the popular Bandung food festival. In 2014, he joined Sony Indonesia, managing the company's portable audio product sales, before moving to Go-Jek in 2017 to head up the company's growth experiments in Go-Tix and Go-Pay. Dimas and former Go-Jek colleague Wisnu Nugrahadi established gig marketplace app Sampingan in 2018.

Tiger Fang is the CEO of logistics company Kargo Technologies. He was formerly the Country General Manager for Uber Indonesia. Prior to joining Uber in 2013 and leading its expansion into China, Fang was Assistant Vice President at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch, where he had been an investment analyst. He had earlier moved to Asia in 2012 and had a brief stint at Rocket Internet's Lazada. Fang holds a bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii and was enrolled in Harvard Business School's Strategy & Leadership Executive Education program.

Based in Singapore, Muhammad MD Rahim is the co-founder and COO of the live chat and messaging solutions platform Qiscus since 2013. While studying at the Nanyang Technological University, the business student started a company Aspiring Gems Pte Ltd that lasted for one year until 2007. He graduated in 2010 and worked as a manager for two years at SPRING Singapore, the statutory board for enterprise development now known as Enterprise Singapore. In 2012, he co-founded 1.618 Pte Ltd in Singapore but left the digital agency in 2017.

Michael Sugianto joined the Startup Weekend 2015 event, while reading his bachelor's degree in Business Information System at Universitas Bina Nusantara. Michael and other team members spent over 54 hours developing the idea for a farm-to-table online marketplace. The team won the runner-up prize, and the business idea was further developed into TaniHub.Michael graduated in 2016 and decided to focus on building TaniHub full-time. In 2017, the TaniHub team also launched the agri-focused P2P lending platform TaniFund, expanding TaniHub into the TaniGroup.

Karaeng Adjie graduated from Universitas Indonesia with a degree in Chemical and Process Engineering in 2014. He co-founded a garment company in 2011 that was acquired in 2016. He was also an operations director at a property development company in Makassar. He is also the CEO and co-founder of an oil trading company Sabbia. In 2015, he joined the environment-focused property developer PT Magale Sayana Indonesia as co-founder and president commissioner. He was previously the chief strategy officer of Magale’s latest venture Magalarva.

Xandega Tahajuansya is a co-founder of property developer PT Magale Sayana Indonesia and STUDIORAMA, an Indonesian art collective. The London School of Public Relations graduate had worked briefly at insurance company Manulife and film studio Kinekuma. Xandega is also a member of the Polka Wars band, together with fellow Magale co-founder Karaeng Adjie. Both are not actively involved with Magalarva, since Magale completed an eco-living residential development and moved on to another project to recycle food waste using larvae.

Benz Budiman graduated in Business Administration at the University of Southern California and returned to Indonesia in 2014 to work for snack food manufacturer PT Mitrasatrya Perkasa Utama.He left the business development role in 2015 and established adtech Pomona in 2016. He is also the CEO of Pomona that offers cashbacks to customers who buy products promoted by clients. In addition, he became the president director of PT Tennova Cipta in 2016. He became an investor and co-founder of Indonesian beverage drinks startup Goola in 2018.

Before joining Blackfish as co-founder and president in 2017, Yang was the CFO of online travel site Tuniu, which he helped get listed on NASDAQ in 2014. Prior to that, from 2010–2012, he was CFO of e-commerce platform Dangdang and from 2007–2010 he was CFO of Air Media Group Inc. Yang led both companies' IPOs in the US. He received his bachelor's in Food Science from Fu Jen Catholic University and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
