Co-founder of Arsitag

After graduation in 2010, he worked at PT Nikivalasarta Jaya and PT Bangun Usaha Energi Perkasa, as operational manager and business development executive, respectively. After earning a master’s degree in Control Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2003, Pan joined the National Instruments Corporation (China), where he helped develop the Lego Mindstorms EV3 robot and MIT’s cheetah robot. In 2009, Pan founded Fingertip Health, which sells a self-developed HIS software. He founded TMiRob in January 2015.

An alumnus of the University Institute of Lisbon, Jorge Correia majored in Management and received his master’s in Business Administration in 2011. After graduating, Correia went on to work as an operations analyst and then a controller at B2B2C mail operator Adicional Logistics. In 2013, he co-founded 360imprimir, a printing B2B marketplace, where he works as CFO.

He additionally collaborates in public healthcare at the ARSLVT healthcare company in Lisbon. David Katz is the Canadian co-founder, president and CEO of Plastic Bank, a-first-of-a-kind social enterprise startup that monetizes plastic waste collection for some of the world’s poorest communities. Katz was inspired by a university seminar about recycling plastic waste in 2013 and founded Plastic Bank with CTO and brand strategist Shaun Frankson in Vancouver.In 2019, he became a fellow for the Unreasonable Group’s Impact Hub in Vancouver, an organization that supports social and environmental entrepreneurship. In 2019, he was honored as one of China's 100 Most Creative People in Business. He is also a member of the Synthetic Biology Committee under China Society of Biotechnology.Peking University has participated in the International Genetically Engineered Machine (iGEM) competitions, with Zhang as a team member or leader between 2008 and 2010. The team has won gold medals twice at the iGEM competitions supported by MIT. He was also coaching the university’s iGEM team from 2011 until 2017. In 2003, he joined Tampere University of Technology as a professor for fiber materials and technical textiles. In 2014, he also started lecturing at LUT University as a professor specializing in packaging and polymeric materials.Since 2005, the industrial biomaterial specialist has also been working at the Technical Research Centre of Finland VTT where he became the product R&D team leader for Infinited Fiber, a startup he co-founded in 2016 with CEO Petri Alava.
