Co-founder and CTO of eFishery
Chrisna Aditya graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree in 2011 at Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia. He founded a mobile app development business and ran it for one year. In 2012, he joined fellow ITB alumnus Gibran Huzaifah to set up aquaculture startup PT Multidaya Teknologi Nusantara. The company later launched the eFishery automatic fish feeder system.

Born in Hong Kong, he has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a master’s degree in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Management from Imperial College London. Paundra Noorbaskoro established Growpal, an investment crowdfunding startup for the aquaculture and fishery industry, after being inspired by his experiences as a student in Indonesia and Hawaii. Equipped with a degree in Aquaculture from Indonesia’s Universitas Brawijaya, Paundra serves as the company’s Chief Product Officer.

Antonio Vázquez García holds a first degree in Telecommunications Engineering and a Master's in Finance, both from Spain's Vigo University. Since 2017, he has been a co-founder and CFO of Alén Space. Vázquez was previously an aerospace researcher for the Aerospace Group at Vigo University, before which he was a theater technician and waiter.

Sónia Lage Lourenço is the Portuguese co-founder, COO and Head of Customer Care at Consumers Trust, the company behind consumer complaints platform Portal da Queixa, where she has worked since 2015 alongside her husband and co-founder Pedro Lourenço. He combines this role with a multi-disciplinary management role in his family's €15m-revenue industrial machinery company Serra Workshops, where he has worked since 2010. Prior to this, he worked at Honda Research Institute Europe in Germany as a software programmer for one year, and as a PhD researcher in computer vision, deep learning and neural networks at Barcelona's Institute of Robotics and Industrial Information Systems (IRI). Serra has a total of five Master's degrees: Programming, Robotics, Neuroscience, Computer Vision, and an MBA. Sanchez is a computer and data science expert with a master’s degree in innovation and research in informatics with specialization in advanced computing from the Polytechnic University of Barcelona (UPC). He also holds multiple certifications from the John Hopkins University School of Education. Sanchez is currently CTO and co-founder of HumanITcare, a telemedicine platform for remote patient monitoring using real-world data and AI to treat patients affected by chronic diseases and also to accelerate drug development and clinical trials. Prior to HumanITcare, Sanchez worked as Data Scientist in a joint-project between the Spanish insurance company Catalana Occidente and technology consultancy Raona to develop a sales collaborative platform. He has also worked on projects in software development, mobile apps, server and hardware as well as prototyping for IoT devices in the fields of education, health and wellness.

Providing insurance to smallholder farmers was a key objective for Njeru, who grew up in a small farming community.After his education at Mangu High School, Njeru went on to graduate in actuarial science at the University of Nairobi in 2009. He became a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in December 2011.
