Amien Krisna is an experienced web and game developer with over 15 years of experience. After graduating in Information Technology from the Universitas Gunadarma in 2002, he worked as an app developer at Perwanal #10, a marketing agency that was later acquired by Saatchi & Saatchi. He left Perwanal in 2005 to found a digital marketing and development agency that he exited in 2012. Amien went on to co-found Sonar, a digital media analytics platform. He is now the CEO of Sonar and is also the managing director of Kana Cipta Media, a digital marketing agency.

Hadi Darmanto is a software developer with over 10 years of experience. He graduated in 2001, with a degree in Information Technology from the Universitas Padjadjaran in Indonesia. In 2005, Hadi co-founded Asta Global Informatika, a custom software and hardware development company. He also joined Hendy Wijaya and Ganjar Satyanegara to establish the vehicle tracking app Trax Center in 2014. Hadi then left Asta Global Informatika to become the CEO and CTO of Trax Center in 2016.

He has picked up some Manggarai dialect along the way and also speaks Indonesian. In 2011, John created Harpoon Mobile, a maptech software that was later sold to a North American online marketing company in 2013. He went on to co-found C88 Financial Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore that acquired CekAja and Otobro in Indonesia. John became the Group CEO of C88. The group’s other co-founder and chairman Karl Knoflach is based in the Philippines.

He is now an executive at SEA Online & TMT, an online media company in Singapore.A graduate in Applied Science Engineering from the University of Waterloo in Canada, Patrick also pursued a master’s in International Business at INSEAD in 2002. He has worked in Singapore at Yahoo! Southeast Asia and also at Unity Technologies. In 2013, he was in Jakarta with PT Kreatif Media Karya before founding Otobro in 2015.

Graduating in 2007 as a civil engineer, Liliana Marques completed a PhD in Steel and Mixed Construction Technologies in 2012 at the University of Coimbra in Portugal. She was a visiting assistant professor and researcher at her alma mater until June 2018.Before co-founding agtech CoolFarm in 2014, Marques had established mobile software development company CoolApps in 2012 with CoolFarm co-founders João Igor and Eduardo Esteves. Previous to Talkdesk, Fonseca was a researcher at INESC-ID and founded two businesses, VEEP and Bouncely. Since 2014, she has also been involved in the World Economic Forum. Fonseca developed Talkdesk with fellow co-founder Tiago Paiva at a Twilio-hosted hackathon. She left Talkdesk in 2016 to pursue her personal interests.
