A self-taught cybersecurity enthusiast, Wenas Agusetiawan was able to hack into various Indonesian and Singaporean networks at a young age. Luckily, he was 16 and escaped with only a penalty fine whilst living with his family in Singapore. He left to study in Australia and eventually became an IT professional. Wenas graduated in 2008 with a bachelor’s in Computer Science from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, Canada. He founded software developer PhaseDev, gaming platform Bouncity and e-book distributor WayangForce. In 2011, he co-founded Tiket.com but stepped down as CEO after the acquisition by Blibli in 2017.

He graduated in 2007 with a bachelor’s in Computer Science and Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in Canada.He then worked as a business analyst at HSBC Canada for almost a year before moving on to join IBM Canada as an IT specialist. After three years working on web-based commerce projects, Mikhael returned to Indonesia to join PT Phase Solusindo and Tiket.com. He left PT Phase to become Tiket.com’s Chief Communication Officer.

He later founded financial data and credit risk management SaaS company Shenzhourong, which he heads as CEO. Huang holds an EMBA from the Central European International Business School. He is also a member of the fifth batch of entrepreneurs from the incubation program of AAMA (Asia America Multi-Technology Association), Silicon Valley's largest non-profit organization dedicated to the Asian American high-tech community.
