Najwa Shihab is one of Indonesia's most well-known TV journalists. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in law from Universitas Indonesia, she joined Metro TV as one of their first reporters in 2000. In 2004, she became an assistant producer for Metro TV's Today's Dialogue show and was heavily involved in reporting the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami.
