Adriano de Jódar has a bachelor's in Business Administration from King's College, London and an MBA from IESE Business School of the University of Navarra in Barcelona. Roger Nicolàs Alegret is an IT engineer specialized in the design, development and implementation of wireless sensor networks. He is a co-founder and IoT researcher and frontend software developer at AEInnova, where he uses Kendo UI, Bootstrap, AngularJS, Angular UI router, NodeJS, Gulp, Bower-git, Java Design Patterns, API RESTful architecture, as well as Scrum and Kanban. Nicolàs was formerly a hardware developer at TNL and is currently a PhD student. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems and a degree in Computer Engineering, both from the Autonomous University Barcelona. He has also studied at the University of Turin in Italy.

In 1999, StarMedia Networks Inc acquired Latin Red, one of the most successful acquisitions of Spanish startups to this day.Michaud has also founded companies like Inlander, Transword and OZU. In 2014, he left Betfair Iberia to establish Glovo with Oscar Pierre. Michaud is still with Binaria that he co-founded in 1997 in Barcelona. He is also an advisor and investor in diverse enterprises likes Exoticca and Playfulbet.

López-Urdiales is a Spanish aeronautical engineer. In 2009, he founded space transportation company, Zero 2 Infinity, and is also its CEO. Prior to that, he lectured at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in space vehicles and space propulsion and was General Manager at the Barcelona Aeronautics and Space Association. He has previously worked at Boeing and Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MBA in Management from Paris' Institute of Engineers and two master's degrees, one in Aeronautical Engineering from the University Polytechnic of Madrid, and the other in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MITT).
