Hafidz Syahrial established the capsule hotel startup Bobobox in 2018. After earning his MBA in 2016 from the Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia Hafidz joined the business development department of budget hotel network ZEN Rooms’ before becoming its City Manager for Bandung. In 2017, he also co-founded Muslim App, an Islamic information app.

After graduating in 2016, he joined East Ventures' coworking space, EV Hive, as an expansion and partnership executive. In 2017, Harya co-founded the East Venture-supported retail startup Warung Pintar, where he is currently its COO. He holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Technology from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia.

Bernardus Sumartok loves travelling and is determined to achieve his dream of running a tourism enterprise. He studied computerized accounting at Universitas Bina Nusantara (Binus) and had worked in various IT and sales management roles for over 10 years.He founded Presentonomics in 2009 that operated successfully for over five years as a presentation designer. But his online tour agency Flamingo Travel lasted for just over a year when he only had IDR 1 million left in his bank account and was struggling to pay his employees in 2012. Undaunted, he co-founded another tourism website Tripvisto in April 2014.

Kukuh Budi Santoso graduated from Indonesia’s Universitas Brawijaya with a degree in Agriculture. While at university, he was an active in student organizations such as the IAAS (an international organization of agriculture students) and founded social enterprises. Waheed Ali became a Labour life peer and Baron of Norbury at aged 33, the youngest to join the House of Lords in 1998. He formed a television production company Silvergate Media to acquire the rights to several Chorion TV series like Beatrix Potter. As an investor, he became the chairman of online fashion marketplace ASOS for 12 years until 2012. He later founded the “ASOS of India,” Koovs that was listed in London in 2014. Most recently, he joined the Series B funding round of London-based zero-food-waste app OLIO in September 2021.
