CEO and Founder of B'Smart
An electronic and communications engineer who's worked in Spain and Switzerland, Javier Escalante is a graduate of the University Polytechnic of Catalonia (UPC). He has a master's in Industrial Engineering (UPC) and a master's in B2B Sales from ESADE. After working eight years as a maintenance manager and automation engineer at corporates including Fuchs Oil, Oerlikon, Holcim and Tel Solar, Escalante returned to Spain in 2015 to start his own company BeWireless, specializing in Wi-Fi systems. From 2017, the company pivoted to focus on IoT products and services as B'Smart.

After completing a Computer Engineering degree at the University of Washington in 2005, Hendi Chandi worked as a senior software engineer at Amazon from 2006 to 2010. He returned to Indonesia and founded online groceries vendor Greenie in 2011 that operated for only one year. Hendi later completed a two-year master's in Law at the University of Indonesia.In 2014, he co-founded SaaS telecom Kokatto with co-founder Boris Sanjaya. They also started another company PT Advotics Teknologi Global in 2016 to help retail companies digitize their supply chains.

The Computer Science graduate from Universitas Bina Nusantara went on to work at financial product comparison website Cermati after YesBoss became inactive in 2016. YesBoss was later transformed into Kata.ai.Ronaldi had also worked at Thailand-based IT consultancy firm TN Corporation before returning to Indonesia to join Go-Jek. In May 2019, he left Go-Jek to team up again with Kata.ai co-founder Ahmad Rizqi Meydiarso to establish brand campaign builder startup Feedloop.

He left Arghajata in 2015 and joined AJCapital Advisory as a senior consultant. When he and fellow co-founders started developing Akseleran in 2016, he took on the role as CFO. However, after launching Akseleran and leaving AJCapital in April 2017, he became Akseleran's Chief Investment Officer while Mikhail Tambunan stepped into the CFO role. In September 2017, he became Akseleran's Chief Credit Officer.

Victor Sánchez Rodríguez is a veteran consultant, having worked at Boston Consulting Group as senior principal from 2006 to 2015. Amaro is currently part of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers.
