SPH Media Fund is a S$100 million venture capital fund set up by government-backed listed group, Singapore Press Holdings Limited.The fund invests in early growth technology companies globally. Although the fund is stage agnostic, most of the portfolio companies are at Series A or later. The size of the investment depends on the needs of the startup. A typical ticket size is between S$1 million and S$2 million, with possible bigger amounts of up to S$5 million per round.

He is also the founding and managing partner of venture capital firm Convergence Ventures.

Prior to graduating from Universitas Bina Nusantara in 2013, he had worked briefly at East Ventures and Tech in Asia where he was involved in various startup-related events. After graduating with a degree in Information Systems, he founded Bridge Inc, a consultancy that helped startups to expand into Indonesia. The business was later pivoted into Talenta to provide B2B human resource management software solutions.

As a student, he had interned at unicorn travel portal Traveloka and event booking startup Goers while also developing an award-winning "hoax analyzer" as part of a school project. Adinda left Prosa.ai in October 2018.

Xie graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2012 with a master’s in Computer Science. Upon graduation, he was invited by famous angel investor Hadi Partovi to join startup project Fivestars, which would become the leading customer loyalty solutions provider in the United States. In 2015, Xie returned to China and adapted the Fivestars model to his own startup, Zaihui. Within just one week of his return, Zaihui raised millions of dollars from top Chinese investors.
