Vicky Hardiman is an experienced creative professional and self-taught programmer. After graduating from Universitas Bina Nusantara in 2010 with a degree in Visual Communication, Vicky worked at e3Learning as a multimedia developer for the Australian e-learning company. He was promoted to an art director role but left in 2014 to become a project manager at Prismafox, a graphic design company. He later became the co-founder and CTO of a crowdfunding platform for music concerts Konserku, originally known as Konsaato.

Melia Winata graduated from Australia’s University of Melbourne with a degree in Biomedicine. While studying there between 2010 and 2012, she worked as a Mathematics teacher at Kumon. She eventually returned to Indonesia and became an executive director at the Indonesian branch of international real estate agency RE/MAX Prestige.In 2014, she joined two high school friends to establish Du’Anyam, becoming the CMO at the social enterprise that seeks to empower women through wicker crafting.

After almost nine years with Qualcomm as a product manager, he left in 2014 to focus on his custom-made exotic leather goods business Rusty Collections. In 2016, he founded Ziptango, a marketplace for pre-loved luxury goods. Rusian has a master’s and a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the San Diego State University and University of California, Davis, USA.

Prior to establishing online investment platform Bareksa, Ady Pangerang was the head of the IT department at the Indonesian branch of BNP Paribas. He later held a similar role at VIVA, an Indonesian online news and entertainment portal. Ady left VIVA in 2013 to focus on Bareksa, together with former VIVA colleague Karaniya Dharmasaputra. Ady holds a bachelor’s in Robotics from Ecole Centrale Nantes, France and a master’s in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University, USA.

Founder and CEO of Xiangwushuo. Sun has ten years’ experience in the retail and internet industries in China and the US. In 2011, he received his MBA from Stanford University. After graduation, Sun worked as head of retail business at Asia Miles for three years, where he was in charge of virtual currency and data management as well as new market entry and P&L. His three years of experience with point redemption finance systems helped him start Xiangwushuo.

Agustín Gómez (b. 1979) is a co-founder and President of Wallapop, based in Barcelona, Spain. Together with Gerard Olivé and Miguel Vicente, he set up Wallapop in 2013. Before setting up Wallapop, Gómez attended ESADE Business School where he studied Sales Management, Distribution and Marketing Operations. He also worked as a Business Consultant for Accenture and Boston Business Group and worked in innovation and business development at iSOCO.

He went on to earn a master's in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago in 2013 and another master's in Operations Research from Columbia University in 2014. After graduating from Columbia, he worked at OppenheimerFunds for six months. In early 2015, he returned to China to start his entrepreneurial career. He founded Koala Reading in September 2016.
