Ex-Djarum employee Frandy Wirajaya Sugianto holds a Master of Management degree in Creative Marketing from the University of Surabaya (UBAYA). He joined clove cigarette manufacturer Djarum’s Sales and Marketing division in 2001 and worked for 10 years before being hired as the CEO of Infokost.id in 2011. In 2013, Frandy became the CEO of Global Visi Media (GVM) Networks, which includes companies such as Opini.id and Bolalob.com. Infokost.id is a company under GDP Venture group, founded and owned by Martin Hartono. The Hartono family also owns Djarum, Indonesia’s biggest cigarette manufacturer.

Iván Rodriguez is co-founder of Parclick, a parking reservation app, where he is responsible for commercial matters and go-to-market strategies. He has over 10 years of experience in business development, sales and account management in B2B service industries and has held IT-related positions in business intelligence and business analytics projects. Rodriguez holds a master's in Computer Science and an MBA from IESE Business School. He also attended an executive program at Harvard Business School where he specialized in new internet ventures. 

Dimas Pramudya graduated with a bachelor's in Business from Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. Between 2011 and 2013 while still at university, Dimas became the corporate funding head of Keuken, securing corporate sponsorships for the popular Bandung food festival. In 2014, he joined Sony Indonesia, managing the company's portable audio product sales, before moving to Go-Jek in 2017 to head up the company's growth experiments in Go-Tix and Go-Pay. Dimas and former Go-Jek colleague Wisnu Nugrahadi established gig marketplace app Sampingan in 2018.

Hugo Diba has a master’s in Management from the University of Indonesia. Prior to becoming the CEO of Kumparan in August 2016, Hugo had previously served as the commercial director of Detik.com from 2007 to 2011, before his one year tenure as business director of Detikcom and CNN Indonesia. Hugo also has ample experience in the digital marketing and adtech industry as a country sales director of CtrlShift, one of the largest Asian programmatic companies that was formed from the merger of AdzCentral, Better Digital Solutions and Asia Digital Ventures.

Christian Sutardi graduated in 2010 with a degree in Finance and Management from the University of Hamburg in Germany. After working as an analyst in Germany for eight months, he moved to Indonesia to join Foodpanda as head of Sales and Operations until February 2013. He co-founded Lolabox, a beauty box service that was shut down after one year due to procurement problems in 2014. He then worked at Monk Hill’s Ventures as an associate for a year before leaving to become a co-founder of Fabelio in 2015. He is also an Endeavor entrepreneur.

Describing himself as a cashless believer, Danny Lim Wei Xiang has a master’s in Professional Accounting from Tsinghua University in China. The law graduate is also reading a PhD in Law at his alma mater. Danny has worked as a product manager at Baidu and as a financial analyst for Lenovo, before joining games developer Wozlla as VP of Sales and Marketing in 2014. In October 2016, he joined Wozlla’s co-founder Zac Cheah to establish Pundi-Pundi. He is currently the CFO of Pundi X, a cryptocurrency spin-off of Pundi-Pundi.

An electronic and communications engineer who's worked in Spain and Switzerland, Javier Escalante is a graduate of the University Polytechnic of Catalonia (UPC). He has a master's in Industrial Engineering (UPC) and a master's in B2B Sales from ESADE. After working eight years as a maintenance manager and automation engineer at corporates including Fuchs Oil, Oerlikon, Holcim and Tel Solar, Escalante returned to Spain in 2015 to start his own company BeWireless, specializing in Wi-Fi systems. He has a background in finance (Account Manager at WorkMeter, Tempos 21 and AIS Aplicaciones de Inteligencia Artificial) and sales (Commercial Manager at proceedit "the BPM process' factory" and Office Manager at Lleidanetworks Serveis Telemàtics, S.L., Hyperion Solutions, and Saari) and is an experienced executive in the IT and Telco industries with international exposure. 

With a degree from the Open University of Catalonia in marketing and social selling studies and an MBA from EAE Business school, Vives i Fàbregas is one of Atomian’s co-founders and an entrepreneur. He has experience in multinationals (Ricoh Spain and NGR Group Spain), SMEs and start-ups (DERICHEBOURG, Eladi Fenoll, Execus) in sales, marketing and corporate strategic consulting. He is also founder and CEO of LeadToWin and CEO of Plexiled Lighting, S.L. and is a specialist in digital transformation and lead generation channels and a professor at Inesdi Digital Business School.

Joseph Aditya, a veteran in the B2B and supply chain industries, is a graduate in Marketing Management and International Business from Deakin University in Australia.He spent over seven years working his way up, first as a sales representative at PT Tridinamika Jaya Instrument to finally becoming the company’s major shareholder and managing director. He left in June 2014 after developing the business into a full-scale operation and saving it from bankruptcy. Joseph is now the CEO of Ralali and hopes to transform the B2B e-commerce systems for the wholesale and industrial procurement sectors in Indonesia.

Bernardus Sumartok loves travelling and is determined to achieve his dream of running a tourism enterprise. He studied computerized accounting at Universitas Bina Nusantara (Binus) and had worked in various IT and sales management roles for over 10 years.He founded Presentonomics in 2009 that operated successfully for over five years as a presentation designer. But his online tour agency Flamingo Travel lasted for just over a year when he only had IDR 1 million left in his bank account and was struggling to pay his employees in 2012. Undaunted, he co-founded another tourism website Tripvisto in April 2014.
