Co-founder and COO of Aruna
Indraka Fadhlillah became an entrepreneur after graduating from university. Between 2011 and 2015, he was the co-founder and CEO of a T-shirt production startup “Give Production”. In 2015, he joined two former Telkom University students to establish PasarLaut.com that was later re-branded as Aruna. Hailing from the coastal region, Indraka is building up connections in the fishery business as the COO of Aruna.

Titus Wiguno forged a career in the tech industry since 2007, with more than 10 years of experience in building websites and developing apps. He was part of the team that localized Citibank’s CitiRewards program for the Indonesian market. In August 2015, he joined Atoma Medical as CTO to build the e-commerce site for ProSehat, develop mobile apps and to run the backend systems for the startup.

As an undergraduate at Nova University of Lisbon, Menano and fellow CrowdProcess co-founder Pedro Fonseca started the largest university-level Entrepreneurship Society in Lisbon, with financial support from the American Embassy. While co-founding CrowdProcess, Menano also worked at CaixaSeguros, focusing on client innovation and distribution channel optimization. He is Portuguese.

He holds a master's in Electrical and Thermal Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and another in Advanced Materials from Cranfield University in the UK.

The two post-grads also worked in Shanghai in 2014.Kaminski held various business and marketing internship roles at Fiege Far East Holding and pottery-maker ProGreen in Shanghai, Hansa shipping GmbH and Hamburg Sparkasse bank in Germany and also at a music agency in Australia.In December 2014, he joined Amazon Services as an accounts manager in Munich. He also worked as Amazon’s program lead for certified refurbished DE marketplace for over two years.He left in 2017 and co-founded Refurbed with Windischhofer in Austria. In 2019, the CEO of Vienna-based refurbished electronics marketplace became an expert member of the Consumer Insight Action Panel, an EU initiative designed to support the transition to the circular economy.

Hao graduated from Peking University with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2013 and received his master’s degree in the same subject from Waseda University in 2015. He worked as an intern and software engineer at Microsoft Research Asia from February 2015 to December 2017. Hao co-founded aiXcoder in March 2017 and has been working full time for the startup since January 2018. He currently serves as CTO.
