Ex-Goldman Sachs and McKinsey employee Adamas Belva Syah Devara (known as Belva) holds a double degree in Business and Computer Science from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), where he graduated with honors. He was one of eight from Indonesia selected for full scholarship throughout his study. While studying at NTU, Adamas won triple gold medals for topping his cohorts academically for all four years of study. He graduated with an MBA from Stanford University and an MPA from Harvard University.

Galuh Koco Sadewo is a software engineer based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. In 2011, after graduating from STMIK Jenderal Ahmad Yani in Yogyakarta, he co-founded online flight ticket agency GarasiTiket.com. He also founded Sudut Indonesia, a social media traveller’s guide to Discover Amazing Indonesia in 2014. Galuh also worked as a digital marketing consultant at Ditto Anindita’s B2B ticket aggregator site OkeTiket. He then became a co-founder of an AI-powered chatbot, responsible for Botika’s business development and partnerships.

Marçal Rossinyol is a computer scientist, associate researcher and R&D project manager in the Computer Vision Centre (CVC) in Spain, where he participated in over 20 competitive research projects at national level and also for the European Commission. Since 2005 he is teaching assistant and lecturer at the Computer Science Department of the Autonomous University of Barcelona.Rossinyol also joined entrepreneurship programs in digital humanities and automatic reading systems, which, in 2019, led him to co-found AllRead MLT, a deep-tech startup that converts text, symbols and codes to Big Data using computer vision technology, character recognition and machine learning. His interests also include deep learning, data science, reading systems, information retrieval and performance evaluation. 

Jungle Ventures was founded by serial entrepreneur Anurag Srivastava and business angel Amit Anand in Singapore. Anurag arrived in Singapore in 1993 and established interior design Space Matrix group in 2006. Amit was a vice chairman of Business Angels Network South East Asia (BANSEA). He is currently a member of the Advisory Council for Ethics in AI & Data in Singapore.The VC specializes in the finance, retail, software, media, travel and hospitality sectors. Investments include budget hotel network RedDoorz, microfinancing fintech Kredivo, photography services platform SweetEscape and digital logistics Waresix.

Maniv Mobility is an Israel-based venture capitalist firm, focused mainly on mobility, automotive, transportation and logistic solutions. The fund is backed by venture arms of BMW, Hyundai, LG Electronics, the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance, Shell and Valeo amongst others. Headquartered in Isreal, in Tel Aviv a city that is growing in the mobility space with an increasing number of automotive venture arms.Maniv Mobility operates since 2016 with an initial funding capital of $44mn and a further capital injection in 2019 of $100mn. With an international investment portfolio and global ambitions, the firm has built over the years strategic partners in Europe, North America, Israel looking for long term expansion in Asian markets.The company has been within the VCs that backed Drive.ai, the autonomous vehicle startup later acquired by Apple.  

Adevinta Ventures is the investment arm of the Norway-based Adevinta, a local digital marketplace group operating in 15 countries in Europe, Latin America and North Africa, with 1.5bn monthly visitors. Its leading local brands include Leboncoin in France, InfoJobs in Spain, Subito in Italy and Jofogás in Hungary. In Spain, where its headquarters is in Barcelona, the company includes an umbrella of successful online classified platforms such as Infojobs, Fotocasa, Habitaclia, Milanuncios and Vibbo, counting over 18m active users.Adevinta Ventures invests in startups focused on marketplace and platform space specifically in verticals such as mobility, education and real estate. The fund typically invests in Series A and B rounds backing them also with marketing and data support as well as mentorship. Initial investments go up to €5m with follow-on capacity. 

UK-based venture capital firm Notion Capital was established in 2009 by SaaS firm MessageLabs founders Stephen Chandler and Jos White. MessageLabs was sold to Symantec for US$700 million the year before. Notion focuses on European enterprise software startups and has about US$350 million under management. The company has invested in 50 startups with a special emphasis on SaaS and Cloud-based applications. It has managed 10 exits to date including Adbrain and NewVoiceMedia. Its recent investments include GoCardless' Series E round, debt financing for DueDil and in Vortexa's Series A round. 

42CAP is a German VC fund established in 2016 for seed and early-stage investments in European startups. Alex Meyer and Thomas Wilke, both founders of eCircle, one of Europe’s largest SaaS companies that was sold to Teradata in 2012, are co-founders and partners of 42CAP. They have taken advantage of 42CAP’s success to invest in international AI-powered startups. To date, the company has made 21 investments, most recently in the Series A rounds of streaming analytics integration software company Crosser, in customer data and engagement platform CrossEngage and in the Series B round of marketing platform Adversity. 

Based in Sofia, BrightCap ventures is an early-stage VC supported by the European Investment Fund and Ministry of Economy of Bulgaria. Founded in 2018, the company has invested in seven startups based in various countries across market verticals. To date, it has managed one exit for London-based Cloudpipes, a cloud integration as a service manager.Its most recent investments include co-leading a post-seed round with Begin Capital to raise €2m for Spanish femtech Woom and a funding round for Enview, a 3D geospacial analytics company based in the US.

Established in 2016, LEADx Capital Partners is a German-based VC and is the investment arm of major retailer METRO Group. Since its founding, the VC has invested in 36 different companies, with a special focus on European retail, the same sector as METRO Group. It has already had one successful exit, the M&A of GuestU, which provides free internet to tourists. LEADx was the lead investor in the €18m Series B round of online printing marketplace 360imprimir, known as 360 Onlineprint in markets outside Iberia and Latin America.

Founded in Berlin in 2016, Atlantic Food Labs’ mission is to support startups with the potential to feed 10bn people by 2050. It has supported 20 companies to date and its most recent investments include in the German healthy last-minute delivery service Gorillas’ $290m Series B round and in the €5.9m seed round of B2B German retail connection service Magaloop in March 2021.

Aditya Saputra really loves to code but is not a geek, according to his LinkedIn profile. He is a professional software developer, graduating with a degree in Information Systems in 2009. He still runs his own software development agency Smart Techno Nusantara that he founded in 2008. He joined Bernardus Sumartok and Fitri Andriani to co-found Tripvisto, becoming the CTO in May 2014.  He loves to learn all about programming, project management, IT business development and IT product development. Aditya has over seven years experience in programming, especially using PHP with CodeIgniter framework.

Angga Tirta is a seasoned executive who has filled various management roles for over a decade. After graduating from Institut Teknologi Bandung with a bachelor's in Business and Management, Angga worked briefly at his alma mater as a tutor. In 2008, he joined mining firm Atamimi, rising through the ranks to eventually become Assistant Vice President in 2012, a position he held for five years. Prior to joining BuddyGuard as a consultant, Angga was also with creative agency Akaraya, where he continues to be its human resource manager.
