After graduating in Mechanical Engineering at Universitas Indonesia, Rendria Labde worked for oil and gas firm JGC Indonesia for two years. He left in 2015 to establish PT Magale Sayana Indonesia, a property development company with a unique focus on environmental sustainability. The company completed an eco-living residential complex Sandar Andara and started a new project Magalarva to use insect larvae to process food waste into agricultural products.
