Founded in 1993, as part of the Consortium of Vigo Free Trade Zone, the firm invests in startups from the Spanish autonomous region of Galicia throughout the seed, growth and acquisition stages. Vigo normally takes minority stakes of 5–40%. It also provides loans and participates in leveraged acquisitions, including management buy-outs, buy-ins or a mixture of both.

Founded in 1999 in Santiago de Compostela, XesGalicia SGEIC SA is 100% owned by the Galician Institute for Economic Promotion (Igape). The VC supports Spanish startups through seed funding, early ventures and growth capital investments. It usually invests between €60,000 and €200,000 in each enterprise, with temporary acquisition of minority stakes. The firm focuses on the biotech, telecommunications, energy and environment sectors. Established in 2003, COTEC Portugal is a business association which seeks to advance technological development and innovation cooperation. Its network  comprises multinationals and SMEs operating across most sectors whose gross added value represents more than 16% of Portugal's national GDP and 8% of private employment. COTEC Portugal has an Innovative SME Network that seeks to promote public knowledge of its members, attract investment and help them grow internationally. The president of Portugal is the honorary president of COTEC Portugal.

Cloud Angel Fund was co-founded by China Broadband Capital, Sequoia China, Northern Light Venture Capital, GSR Ventures and Wu Capital in 2013. It operates as a VC firm and invests mainly in early-stage startups in China.

RND Capital is an Indonesian venture capital firm. Its only publicized investment to date is its US$3 million seed funding for mutual funds investment platform Tanamduit.

Based in New York City, Pavilion Capital is linked to Singapore's Temasek Holdings. The firm primarily invests in US and Asian companies. Its portfolio includes entertainment and social media holding company M17, smart retail kiosk startup Warung Pintar and delivery coffee chain Fore Coffee. 

Jerry Ng was the CEO of Indonesian financial institution Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) for a decade until BTPN's merger with Sumitomo Mitsui Indonesia. Ng participated in the seed round of smart retail kiosk startup Warung Pintar in 2017 and again in early 2019 for its Series B funding. 

Li is a TV presenter, entrepreneur and investor. Born in June 1970, she joined Beijing TV in 1993 as a news anchor. From 1995 to 1999, Li worked at CCTV as a TV show host. In 1999, she left CCTV and co-founded Fleet Entertainment with fellow TV host Dai Jun. The two co-hosted Super Talk Show from 2000 to 2016, one of the most highly viewed shows in China. Li founded cosmetics e-retailer Lefeng.com in 2008, skincare brand JPlus in 2009 and Star Venture Fund in 2015.

Established in 2013, ZP Capital is a venture capital fund. It invests mainly in companies in the internet and consumer technology sectors. 

Challengers Capital was founded in 2014. Its founding partners are angel investors Xie Xianlin and Tang Binsen. It manages three RMB funds with around RMB 2 billion in management.Challengers Capital focuses on areas like consumption upgrade, entertainment, gaming, enterprise services and fintech.

Genesia Ventures is a Japanese VC firm founded and led by former CyberAgent Ventures executive Soichi Tajima. The company's name is a portmanteau word combining "genesis" and "Asia" and the fund focuses on seed and pre-Series A rounds. It has backed startups in new media and those implementing new technology to traditional sectors. Its portfolio includes Japanese companies Sukedachi and Linc Corporation as well as Southeast Asian startups Homedy and Bobobox.

EIT InnoEnergy, an initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EI), offers startup entrepreneurs support in growing and scaling their businesses. It focuses on innovative clean-tech projects, offering mentorships and industry expertise through seed funding and an accelerator program. The network consists of 15 European clean-tech venture capitalists and 15 research institutes. To date, it has supported over 200 European startups working on initiatives aimed at boosting the prevalence of sustainable energy in the market.

Volkswagen Group China is a division of German automobile manufacturer Volkswagen Group. Volkswagen Group China produces, sells and services cars, engines and transmission systems, as well as other parts and components. It runs more than 2,000 authorized dealerships and has 360,000 dealers on staff. Volkswagen Group China and its joint-venture companies plan to invest €15 billion by 2020 in developing autonomous and new energy vehicles.

NAOS is a French multinational company operating in 100 countries, with a special focus on skincare. Bioderma is its best-known brand. Established over 40 years ago by pharmacist-biologist Jean-Noël Thorel, the company stresses the importance of ecobiology. The company recently extended its scope from skincare to a wider interest in the healthcare sector, such as beauty and well-being. Mediktor is its first investment in tech startups.

Alta Life Sciences (Alta LS) was established in 2016. Based in Barcelona, the management team is led by the co-founder of Alta Partners Guy Paul Nohra, a leading pioneer VC in life sciences. Alta Partners has funded over 150 companies since 1996. Alta LS specializes in the life sciences sector in Spain and abroad, targeting biotech, genomics, medical devices, diagnostics and digital health. It also acts as a bridge fund, connecting the Spanish life sciences ecosystem to VC experts in Silicon Valley. Investment is available for all stages of development, with focus mainly on seed and Series A funding.
