Co-founder of Talkdesk
Software engineer and entrepreneur Cristina Fonseca holds a master’s degree in Telecommunications and Software Engineering from the Technical University of Lisbon. Previous to Talkdesk, Fonseca was a researcher at INESC-ID and founded two businesses, VEEP and Bouncely. Since 2014, she has also been involved in the World Economic Forum. Fonseca developed Talkdesk with fellow co-founder Tiago Paiva at a Twilio-hosted hackathon. She left Talkdesk in 2016 to pursue her personal interests.

Krishnan Menon graduated in 2011 with a master’s in Chemistry from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in India. Mathieu Le Bras is an agronomist by training, with a master’s in Agriculture from ISA Lille, France. He has worked for major organizations such as the WTO, GE and Syngenta. In 2012, he established 8villages with Indonesian social media entrepreneur Sanny Gaddafi. Mathieu later left the startup and moved to the United Kingdom to pursue other ventures. He is currently the managing director of Maison du Pain, a London bakery with buyers from all over Europe.

Gibran Huzaifah ran a composting business and a catfish farm while reading a degree in Biology at Institut Teknologi Bandung in Indonesia. After graduating in 2012, he teamed up with fellow ITB alumnus Chrisna Aditya to establish an aquaculture tech firm PT Multidaya Teknologi Nusantara, aka Cybreed. In 2013, it launched eFishery, an automatic feeder system for aquaculture farms. In 2017, Gibran’s achievements earned him a spot on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list of notable Asian figures.

They started to create free-to-play Flash-based games under the banner of Toge Productions, which has now grown into a full-fledged games development and publishing studio. Sudarmin studied games development at Murdoch University, Australia, graduating in 2007. He also enrolled at Indonesia's Bina Nusantara University, graduating in 2008 with a degree in Multimedia Studies.

In August 2015, he co-founded TuSimple and became its president and CTO based in San Diego, USA.
