Argentinian native Nicolas Araujo Müller is co-CEO and co-founder at Psquared, Spain’s first flexible workplace management and design company for hybrid workspaces. He has worked there since its foundation in April 2018, originally as part of startup hub CoBuilder, and is now its CFO.  He is also a part-time advisor and investor at startup development agency We Are Grit, since its launch in 2020.Earlier, Araujo was CFO and co-founder at digital talent agency Bandit, for two years, until 2017. Before that, he held the same roles at his previous Barcelona-based startup, Nubelo, another tech recruitment agency for freelancers, between 2012 and 2016, when it was acquired by Freelancer.com.  In 2016, Araujo was a visiting professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona on digital economy.His first startup was Work At Home in Argentina, where he was a co-founder for two years from 2011–13, for which he won local innovation prizes. Prior to this, Araujo held various management consultancy roles, working in business analysis and research at Ernst & Young, Standard & Poor’s and Accenture, from 2008–2012, and completed a stint at the US embassy in Buenos Aires. He is also a founding member of Argentina’s entrepreneur organization, ASEA, established in 2013. Araujo holds a degree in economics from CEMA University, Buenos Aires and a qualification from Harvard University in negotiation. In 2017 and 2013, Araujo was named in Forbes Argentina’s 30 Promesas list of young entrepreneurs.

Since 2020, he is a co-founder at startup development agency We Are Grit and advisor of a talent agency for Latin Americans in Spain, Base España. He is also an investor and advisor at e-commerce recruitment agency RSV Outsourcing. Araujo also holds part-time educational roles, speaking on innovation at Barcelona’s ESADE institution to MBA students and as a mentor at Mexico’s chapter of the MassChallenge accelerator. Earlier, Araujo worked as a business advisor to the digital agency JustDigital, and was co-founder and sales director at the digital talent agency Bandit, for a year. Before that, from 2012–2016, he was CSO and co-founder of Barcelona-based startup Nubelo – a tech recruitment agency for freelancers – until it was acquired by Freelancer.com.  Prior to this, Araujo worked for two years as a business researcher at JP Morgan Chase and for almost two years at West Side Consultants, both in Argentina. Araujo holds a business administration qualification from CEMA University, Buenos Aires.In 2013, Araujo and his brother were named in Forbes Argentina’s 30 Promesas list of young entrepreneurs. 

Born in 1982, Lingga Madu holds a degree in Informatics, Multimedia and Web Development from Kristen Duta Wacana University and an MBA from Gadjah Mada University. He has professional experience as a web developer, user experience designer, financial planner, wealth manager and university lecturer. Before launching Sale Stock, he had worked at PT. Desain Sarana Intermatra, Money for Wealth Financial Services, IMAJIKU Web Developer and J-Factory Event Organizer.

Ex-Huawei man; founder of FileMaster, a powerful file transfer and manage tool for mobile phones that topped app store charts in 30 countries. Was successively R&D engineer, system designer, product manager at telecom equipment maker Huawei. Admits a slight obsession with products.

Bernardus Sumartok loves travelling and is determined to achieve his dream of running a tourism enterprise. He studied computerized accounting at Universitas Bina Nusantara (Binus) and had worked in various IT and sales management roles for over 10 years.He founded Presentonomics in 2009 that operated successfully for over five years as a presentation designer. But his online tour agency Flamingo Travel lasted for just over a year when he only had IDR 1 million left in his bank account and was struggling to pay his employees in 2012. Undaunted, he co-founded another tourism website Tripvisto in April 2014.

Creative toy designer and photographer, Paulus Hyu Susanto is a busy entrepreneur often found at toy expos around the world. His twitter slogan, “We do not stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing”, captures it all. Besides running a designer toy online shop Kurobokan, Paulus also works as a photographer at AXIOO that was co-founded with David Soong.

Lara Vidreiro graduated in Business Management and Administration at the Catholic Lisbon School of Business and Economics in 2012. At the age of 21, she started her first business Style in a Box with co-founder and college friend Filipa Neto when they struggled to find dresses for a gala. In 2014, she pivoted her business model into a designer clothing rental platform Chic by Choice. She was named as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe 2018: Retail and E-commerce. Vidreiro also joined A2D Consulting in Lisbon as e-commerce and digital senior consultant in November 2017.

Geek meets chic in Farfetch founder and serial entrepreneur José Neves, who first learnt to code when he was eight years old. The economics graduate from the University of Porto launched his first business, software company Grey Matter, while in college. It was then that Neves started learning about the fashion industry, through building operating systems for footwear and textile business clients. He also designed shoes under the brand Swear, and after moving to the UK, Neves opened the brand’s physical store before moving to launch a menswear shop called B Store. He is currently CEO of Farfetch, the non-executive director at the British Fashion Council and the non-executive chairman at PLATFORME International.

The former senior executive of b5m.com has designed, developed and operated browser plug-ins. Wang Min led www.b5m.com’s growth to 5 million daily active users, while its e-commerce system also reached over 100 million visits daily.

Abdul Rahman was one of Detikcom’s founding pioneers before setting up Kumparan in early 2017 with fellow co-founder Budiono Darsono. His interest in computer programming started in early 1990 before the internet boom in Indonesia. He was the website designer for one of Indonesia’s early online-news portal that was later transformed into Detikcom.

Self-tagged as a “designtrepreneur”, for whom “Everything is temporary” (says his social media bio) and Leonard Cohen fan, Alex Zhu is the co-founder and Co-CEO of Musical.ly. After graduating from Zhejiang University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Zhu started his career as a product designer for chinapages. Subsequently, he worked for eBao as a director of product management, Microsoft as Principal Creative Director and SAP, as User Experience Architect. His debut in entrepreneurship was Cicada Education, a P2P education platform for creating and sharing mini-video courses, before finding success with Musical.ly.

Informatics Engineering graduate Agus E Setiyono is no stranger to entrepreneurship. After graduating in 2013 from Universitas Negeri Malang, Indonesia, he worked for a year as a web designer for vKios, an online store development service. At the same time, he also managed his own clothing store and co-founded FLAT Studio, a digital creative agency. In 2016, he established Ngorder, a full suite of e-commerce management tools for online shop owners.

Self-styled “professional trash talker” Olivier Pouillon moved from the USA to Bali, Indonesia in 1994, set on a mission to solve the island’s trash problem. In 2011, after years of waste consultancy and NGO work, he founded Bali Recycling, a company that produces upcycled products and promotes “trash-to-cash” programs to locals. (The company has since been renamed KONO Green Living.) In 2014, he and interior designer Febriadi Pratama started an app-based trash collection service, which later became Gringgo.

Olinggha Pigavetta graduated from Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia, with a bachelor's in Japanese Language and Literature in 2013. Upon graduation, he worked at airport services company Jasa Angkasa Semesta in customer relations and as a translator for Japanese passengers. In 2015, Olinggha became a web designer before co-founding Halal Local, a travel listing and utility app for Muslim travelers, where he is currently its head of development.

Enrique González Sancho is the co-founder and CTO of Nido Robotics. He was previously involved in the development of an autonomous underwater vehicle at SIRENA and was also an applications technician at MTorres Industrial Designs. Sancho graduated with a degree in Engineering and Industrial Technology from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, where he subsequently completed a master's in Industrial Engineering.
