Enrique Alcázar Garzas holds a double bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Carlos III University in Madrid. He spent one year as an exchange student at Hanyang University in South Korea and returned home to work as an R&D intern for app development at a Spanish startup Natureh in 2016. He is the co-founder and CTO of blockchain startup Lingotts. The full stack blockchain developer also works on various projects at Grant Thornton and Santander Technology’s innovation lab. He co-founded NutraSign in 2018 and is in charge of the company's app and blockchain development as CTO.

Guillermo Lamelas Nogueira is a telecommunications engineer who is the co-founder of Alén Space and of which he has been CEO since 2018. His previous experience in the telecommunications sector and in international startup acceleration include HTI & Berren AG in Switzerland and Karlenkaski, OY in Finland. Lamelas has also held various managerial positions at Telefónica de España S.A.U. from 2000 to 2015 and had established Impact before joining Alén Space. Guillermo studied at Spain's Vigo University and graduated with an MBA from INSEAD in 2006. He has also participated in two expert programs on cooperation and development and the Internet.

Ramkumar Nair graduated in biotechnology at the Cochin University of Science and Technology in Kerala before going to Sweden for postgrad studies in 2013.During his PhD in industrial biotechnology at the University of Borås, he embarked on a research project to create fungi-based proteins from discarded sidestreams generated by food producers. After extensive research in 2017, he founded Mycorena in Gothenburg to produce mycoproteins using fermentation technology.The startup’s first commercial product, Promyc, is now being sold to global food companies as a more sustainable and nutritional alt-protein compared to traditional plant-based proteins.

Former MARS Indonesia and GTZ researcher Diajeng Lestari holds a Social & Political Science degree from the University of Indonesia. Her husband is Achmad Zaky, the founder of Indonesian startup BukaLapak. Diajeng was born in 1986.

Ryoji Mori graduated in International Law from the University of Tokyo in Japan, but ended up as a highly skilled coder and web developer. After a brief stint in Singapore as a director of Application Development at Japan Internet Technologies Pte Ltd, he began to work freelance as a web developer. In 2013, he co-founded the price comparison website Pricebook with a university friend Tomonori Tsuji. However, Ryoji worked as CTO at Pricebook for only six months before leaving in December 2013.

Based in Lisbon, Filipa Neto graduated in Economics at the Catholic University of Portugal in 2012. She co-founded her first business with college friend Lara Vidreiro at the age of 21. They went on to establish Chic by Choice in 2014 and were listed in Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe 2018: Retail and E-commerce. In December 2017, Neto also started working for Farfetch as a principal innovation specialist and mentor for its accelerator program Dream Assembly.

Antonio Lu Lee is one of the co-founders of OnTruck, an innovation-oriented logistics company that optimizes road freight transportation through technology. Whilst there, he managed the company’s business development and its fleet community until March 2018. He previously worked in shipping and logistics in Hanjin Shipping. He has also worked in a seafood company and in oil and gas ship brokerage. He holds a master's in Value Investing and Cycle Theory from Madrid's Manuel Ayau Online Center. 

Leandro Berchielli has worked for 16 years in academic management at FAPPES, São Paulo’s faculty of research and higher learning where Blox’s feasibility study was run in 2017. He joined his brother Bruno to co-found Blox and became the startup’s chief learning officer.The law graduate also has a master’s in education from São Paulo’s Catholic Pontifical University. He has previously worked for over a decade as general manager at IPEC, São Paulo Institute of Further Education.

Mathieu Le Bras is an agronomist by training, with a master’s in Agriculture from ISA Lille, France. He has worked for major organizations such as the WTO, GE and Syngenta. In 2012, he established 8villages with Indonesian social media entrepreneur Sanny Gaddafi. Mathieu later left the startup and moved to the United Kingdom to pursue other ventures. He is currently the managing director of Maison du Pain, a London bakery with buyers from all over Europe.

Former EVP of Tencent and former CEO of Tencent e-commerce, Wu Xiaoguang graduated with a degree in Synoptic Meteorology from Nanjing University in 1996, and joined Tencent in 1999 as its founding team member. In June 2015, Wu resigned as CEO of Tencent e-commerce and remained as its senior management consultant. Wu is now an angel investor and founded Welight VC in 2015.

Hanry Ario is a skilled programmer armed with a diverse skillset, from C++ to AutoCAD. In 2014, he graduated from Universitas Gadjah Mada in Indonesia and joined fellow alumni to establish electronics startup Atnic.  Hanry is the CTO of Atnic that created the Jala sensor for shrimp farms.

Hafidz Syahrial established the capsule hotel startup Bobobox in 2018. After earning his MBA in 2016 from the Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia Hafidz joined the business development department of budget hotel network ZEN Rooms’ before becoming its City Manager for Bandung. In 2017, he also co-founded Muslim App, an Islamic information app.

Founder, Andrew Buntoro, was frustrated when he was unable to find good quality international products in Indonesian e-commerce websites. As a result, he decided to start Kufed, a lifestyle and community driven platform to specialize in selling high quality foreign brands to well-heeled Indonesians. In an interview with a Kufed vendor, buyMeDesign, Andrew revealed that he wanted to be like comic heroes; Batman and Iron Man who create new ways to fight the bad guys. He wants to have a management style that can be adapted to the environment and market to create unique solutions in e-commerce.   Kufed is part of the e-commerce company, PT Hood Digital Asia, which was previously known as PT KlikToday, an Indonesian version of daily deals Groupon. Andrew was COO of KlikToday.

Victor Mayoral Vilches is a co-founder and advisor at Alias Robotics in Spain. He also works as CEO at Acutronic Robotics, a branch of the Swiss company where he was also CTO. Together with his brother, he co-founded Erle Robotics in 2012 and became its MD and CTO. Erle was sold to Acutronic Robotics in 2016 for €4million.He has a PhD in Bio-Robotics from the Italian Institute of Technology in Tuscany and a Computer Science degree from King Juan Carlos University, Madrid. A member of the Spanish National Robotics Committee, Victor Vilches is experienced in robotics and AI.

Hannah Michaud first started exploring ways to develop sustainable textiles in 2016 while completing her studies in sustainable fashion at Copenhagen’s KEA School of Design & Technology. She also studied fashion technology and design at the KEA academy from 2012 to 2015.Michaud worked as a fashion design intern at Danish company Barbara I Gongini in 2016 and also at Weekend CPH in 2014. After her graduation in 2017, she decided to continue her research work on sustainable fabrics as co-founder and chief creative officer of Danish alt-leather startup, Beyond Leather Materials ApS, in Copenhagen.Originally from Maine, US, Michaud also studied music as a classical flutist at the University of Maine, where she was first chair in its Symphony Orchestra, and Sustainable Agriculture in the university’s Natural Science and Forestry department.
