Budiman Wikarsa is an engineering graduate from Purdue University. He worked in management consulting firms including AT Kearney and McKinsey. He joined the Grameen Foundation as a project manager in 2007 and helped Aldi Haryopratomo to co-found and run the social enterprise Ruma from 2009 to 2011.Budiman is currently the head of strategic partnership at Monk’s Hill Ventures. He has an MBA from Northwestern University and had also worked for the transition team that assisted the Indonesian President Joko Widodo in 2014.

Dr. Li is an associate professor at the Software Engineering Institute at the School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, Peking University. He is also a member of the Key Lab of High Confidence Software Technologies at the university. Li has been teaching Introduction to Computing at Peking University since 2006. In 2013, he was a visiting scholar at the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. Li's research focuses on software engineering, machine learning and knowledge engineering. He founded aiXcoder in March 2017.

Her career spans IT and banking, working at Bank Bali and Lippo Bank between 1999 and 2004. From 2005 to 2010, she worked at enterprise IT firm Jatis Solutions, becoming the head of the division in charge of Jatis' Avantrade wealth management software. She was also vice president at Bakrie Telecom between 2012 and 2015. Rini graduated from the University of Indonesia with a bachelor's degree in Anthropology.

Guillem Ysàs Miralles holds a degree in Computer Science from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and is currently lead programmer for the Atomian cognitive core technology. He was one of the developers of the Atomian (product) architecture and the Atomian Modeling Language (AML). He is also lead programmer for Atomian's medical products and is responsible for Atomian's ETL software. He previously worked as analyst and web developer at Elecnor and Teytel, as a first level operator in NextReT and as a Specialist in B. Braun Medical.

This agency itself was a pivot from Alcaide’s previous startup Asociacion Cultural Fusió d'Arts, an arts and culture-based association for the deaf, which he also co-led from its founding in 2009. From 2002–2011, Alcaide was also founder and manager of a co-operative pub.
