Ex-WPP’s youngest head Kevin Mintaraga’s career started when he founded digital agency Magnivate in 2008. In 2012, the company was acquired by WPP, and was renamed to XM Gravity and later Mirum Agency. Kevin remained as CEO of the company post-acquisition, and at 27 years old became the youngest head within WPP’s global network. He moved to a chairman role in 2014 to start Bridestory.
