Ex-WPP’s youngest head Kevin Mintaraga’s career started when he founded digital agency Magnivate in 2008. In 2012, the company was acquired by WPP, and was renamed to XM Gravity and later Mirum Agency. Kevin remained as CEO of the company post-acquisition, and at 27 years old became the youngest head within WPP’s global network. He moved to a chairman role in 2014 to start Bridestory. Kevin was an avid gamer and had no business or digital media background prior to launching Magnivate. He was born in 1985.

He left the financial services company with its founding partner Marshall Utoyo in 2013. They decided to set up a coworking space hub Conclave in Jakarta, together with two other graduates from ITB. Based in Jakarta, Aditya has been CFO of Conclave since January 2013. He has also been working as an investment associate since July 2015 at MDI Ventures, Telkom’s venture capital arm.

Ahmad Karim is the co-founder and CTO of PesanLab. Ahmad has a bachelor’s and master’s in Information Technology from Binus University. He had previously worked for two years in IT for one of Indonesia’s biggest logistics company PT Nusantara Card Semesta.
