A serial entrepreneur since 2009, Guo Wei graduated from the Central University of Finance and Economics and founded Jinyuan Group, the company behind HR services and social insurance management SaaS startup Joyowo, in 2014.He is currently the CEO of Jinyuan Group and Joyowo.

David Mayoral Vilches is the CEO and co-founder of Alias Robotics that is based in the Basque Country, Spain. He is an entrepreneur with experience in robotics. He was previously the co-founder, CEO and president of Erle Robotics until its sale to Swiss medtech Acutronic Robotics that is now run by his brother, Victor. He studied Entrepreneurship and Innovation at IE Business School in Madrid, where he was named Young Entrepreneur Spain in 2016.  

Fernando Cabello-Astolfi is a Spanish serial entrepreneur and angel investor in the fintech ecosystem. He has a masters degree in Global Market Economics from the London School of Economics. He is the co-founder and CEO of Ibercheck, a leading company that issues solvency reports for individuals in Spain. In 2014, he founded consumer credit fintech Aplazame, which was sold to WiZink Bank in 2018. Fernando is the CEO of Aplazame, heading the product, risk and finance departments. More recently, he launched Devengo, an innovative payroll model that allows employees to collect their salary when needed, instead of on a fixed date each month, at no extra cost to the company.

Dharmash Mistry is non-executive director of the British Business Bank and the BBC. He is also a partner at LGT Lightstone, Balderton Capital and Lakestar. As an experienced venture capitalist and entrepreneur Mistry has raised and managed investment funds totaling $1bn. He is a board member and one of the early investors of unicorns like Revolut and Glovo.Mistry is the former MD of Ascential plc, formerly EMAP, B2B media business specializing in exhibitions and information services and listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE). He was also the chair and co-founder of Blow Ltd, an on-demand beauty services provider in the UK. Mistry also previously held non-executive director roles in companies like Dixons Retail and Hargreaves Lansdown.

Avid traveler and entrepreneur Peng Tao holds a telecommunications degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and a PhD from the University of Melbourne. He has visited over 40 countries and was a former consultant at McKinsey, as well as the founder of two failed startups.

Armed with a bachelor’s in Automation from Central South University, Yang Luyu is a serial entrepreneur since 2005, whether in e-commerce, education, design and scrum. He was the product management director at eBaoTech, where he met Alex Zhu, who became his co-founder at Musical.ly.

Founder and CEO of Creams. A serial entrepreneur and senior real estate sales expert, Xiang founded Juji Real Estate in 2011. In 2015, he launched Souban, an O2O platform for leasing office space. With the launch of Creams, Xiang shifted his business focus to intelligent real estate asset management.

Born in 1982, Yi Binghong is a serial entrepreneur. He founded a software company INMES in 2008 and worked there as CEO until 2013.He joined XAG in 2013 as co-founder but left in October 2015 to set up an agritech company AIRAG Technology as CEO.

Jürgen Riedl studied software engineering at Vienna Technical University. The entrepreneur and investor became the CTO and co-founder of Refurbed in 2017. He was recruited by co-founders Peter Windischhofer and Amazon’s Renewed manager Kilian Kaminski to develop an Amazon-style e-commerce marketplace for refurbished electronic goods.

Before joining Kuaishou, Yang Yuanxi was a lead developer at Huawei. He and co-founder Cheng Yixiao got acquainted at HP, where they both worked for more than two years.Together with entrepreneur Su Hua, they pivoted GIF Kuaishou into a popular video-sharing app in 2013.

Argentinian native Nicolas Araujo Müller is co-CEO and co-founder at Psquared, Spain’s first flexible workplace management and design company for hybrid workspaces. He has worked there since its foundation in April 2018, originally as part of startup hub CoBuilder, and is now its CFO.  He is also a part-time advisor and investor at startup development agency We Are Grit, since its launch in 2020.Earlier, Araujo was CFO and co-founder at digital talent agency Bandit, for two years, until 2017. Before that, he held the same roles at his previous Barcelona-based startup, Nubelo, another tech recruitment agency for freelancers, between 2012 and 2016, when it was acquired by Freelancer.com.  In 2016, Araujo was a visiting professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona on digital economy.His first startup was Work At Home in Argentina, where he was a co-founder for two years from 2011–13, for which he won local innovation prizes. Prior to this, Araujo held various management consultancy roles, working in business analysis and research at Ernst & Young, Standard & Poor’s and Accenture, from 2008–2012, and completed a stint at the US embassy in Buenos Aires. He is also a founding member of Argentina’s entrepreneur organization, ASEA, established in 2013. Araujo holds a degree in economics from CEMA University, Buenos Aires and a qualification from Harvard University in negotiation. In 2017 and 2013, Araujo was named in Forbes Argentina’s 30 Promesas list of young entrepreneurs. 

Software engineer and entrepreneur Tiago Paiva holds a master’s degree in Network and Telecommunications from the Technical University of Lisbon. Previous to Talkdesk, he was a developer at Procter & Gamble. With co-founder and former classmate Cristina Fonseca, Paiva initially developed Talkdesk as a prototype at a Twilio-hosted hackathon.

CEO and Founder of Kuaidiniao. Serial entrepreneur. Li worked as assistant general manager for the Xinjiang GreatSun Group, Ltd., from 1999 to 2002. He set up Sanmu, a furniture company, in 2002. Since 2008 he has worked as an internet product manager and marketer for Acorn International and the Huaqiang Group, Ltd.

After graduating from the University of Porto in 2004, André Moniz worked as a software engineer at companies such as Indra, Montepio Geral and Optimus Telecommunications. In 2017, the fullstack developer and product manager joined Untold Ventures to make various apps. In 2018, he became the CTO and co-founder of BetProtocol, together with Tradiio's Miguel Leite.The serial entrepreneur worked as Tradiio's CTO before becoming the music platform's co-founder in 2014. Previous ventures include Portugal's first dating site, amiguinhos.com (2002), software company Blip.pt (2009), WeGoOut (2012) and music festival tourism business Get a Fest (2013).

Matías Muchnick graduated among the top 10% in business administration from the University of Chile in 2011 and went on to complete a master’s in Finance in 2012. He gained some work experience in Santiago as an analyst at LarrainVial in 2010 and spent the summer working at JP Morgan in Hong Kong after his graduation in 2011.In 2012, he became an entrepreneur and founded the wellness app Chooz, a project sponsored by the Chilean government. In 2013, he co-founded Eggless, the first food company in Chile to offer vegan mayonnaise in Chilean supermarkets like Walmart and Jumbo. He exited the business in 2015 and, in the same year, joined an entrepreneurship bootcamp at the University of California, Berkley, where he approached the biochemistry department to learn more about data and science. He also completed executive programs at Harvard Business School in 2015 and at the Stanford University in 2018.In November 2015, he co-founded the Chilean foodtech Not Company (NotCo) with astrophysicist Karim Pichara, who he met in Harvard, and Pablo Zamora. Based in New York, Muchnick is the CEO of NotCo, which combines AI with food science to create plant-based products that mimic animal-based food like milk and burgers.
