Shadow Chi graduated with a bachelor's degree in design from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2008 and received his master‘s degree in computer-aided design from Tongji University in 2013. He specializes in innovative product design and development, and has worked at ZTE Corporation, China Merchants Bank, and ARKIE as product architect and designer. He founded online community MixLab in 2016 and has built it into an interdisciplinary hub for more than 35,000 designers and programmers. After co-founding Get.AI in 2018, he has served as its AI Product Architect.

Hilman Fajrian started learning how to code at the age of six. By the time he reached high school, he was earning money writing software for local businesses in Balikpapan in the East Kalimantan province. He decided to read Law at Universitas Gadjah Mada, but during his time in university he also ran a software development house. After graduating with a bachelor's degree, he returned to East Kalimantan and worked for a local newspaper before starting his own in 2006. Between 2006 and 2017, Hilman also founded a digital marketing company catering to local businesses and briefly worked as a big data consultant for PLN, Indonesia's state-owned power company. He exited all his roles in late 2017 to begin work on Arkademi, a new Massive Online Open Course (MOOC) platform.

Krasnopolski has also been the owner of internet marketing agency Red2black since 2007 and was founder and co-owner at e-commerce-for-children startup more4kids.pl between 2008 and 2012, when he exited the company that is now listed on the Polish stock exchange. He is a supervisory board member at Cloud Technologies, a leader in online advertising and big-data cloud computing in Europe and holds a master’s in entrepreneurship from Warsaw’s Kosminski University.
