Muñoz currently works at City_Ex, an initiative aimed at promoting smart city technology among municipalities. He is also a partner at Bip Iberia, a business tech consultancy, where he is focused on enterprise agility. Muñoz holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a doctorate in Creativity and Innovation in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
