Miguel Matos is a Portuguese entrepreneur and co-founder of FarmCloud, where he has been CEO and head of business development since 2016. He had earlier been a partner and sales manager at FarmControl World and FarmControl Brasil, the forerunners of FarmCloud. Matos is also co-founder of biometrics company Sidelmat and founder of Portugal's first company developing biometric solutions, BioGlobal, where he was CEO from 2011 to 2014. His research focuses on computer vision, computational imaging, computer graphics and bioinformatics.
