Hanna Keraf’s career reflects her focus on helping underserved communities in her birthplace Flores, Indonesia. Oscar Pierre (b.1992) trained as an aerospace engineer at the Polytechnic University of Barcelona (UPC) in Spain and later at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, USA. He interned at Airbus, before starting his entrepreneurial career in 2014 by founding startups like Zikkomo and FUO Concept. Zikkomo is a platform that drives education in Malawi through multiple Active Africa ONG projects. FUO Concept was an e-commerce marketplace for local handicrafts.Pierre is now the CEO and co-founder of Glovo, an on-demand delivery platform with operations in 22 markets worldwide.

Pablo Flores Peña pursued his undergraduate and master’s studies in aeronautical engineering at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. On graduation in 2005, he joined the Airbus Group where he is currently the chief engineer for the A320 jetliner family. Besides his work at Airbus, he also founded Drone Hopper and became its CEO in 2015. He received the 2017 award for aeronautical innovation from the Official Spanish Association of Aeronautical Engineers (COIAE) for his work at Drone Hopper, a startup dedicated to the design and manufacture of self-guided drones for fire extinction and large crops fumigation.

Agile and SCRUM work strategies were implemented in Waynabox, leading to a 50% improvement in SEO organic traffic. Blanché is now a board member and chief product officer for Waynabox. He has also just started a Computer Engineering degree at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in 2018.

CEO of Xianghuanji. Wang graduated from Fudan University with a master’s degree in Computer Science. He was co-founder and CTO of Aihuishou, China’s biggest electronic device recycling platform.

After receiving his MPhil from Cambridge Judge Business School, Gao founded AISpeech in the UK in 2007. In 2008, he returned to China and settled down in Suzhou, where AISpeech is now headquartered.

In 2005, Lin graduated from the University of Cambridge with a master’s degree in Engineering. Upon graduating, he worked at the British Standards Institution as Chief Representative of China. In 2007, he co-founded AISpeech with Gao Shixing and Yu Kai. He created AISpeech’s oral English teaching business unit and focused on the development of speech assessment technology. In May 2014, AISpeech spun off the oral English teaching business unit into a new company called Chivox. Lin has served as founder and CEO of Chivox ever since.

He received his bachelor’s from the South China University of Technology in 1999. In 2004, he co-founded Chinese mobile internet software and services provider UCWeb. In 2014, He both founded and invested in Xpeng Motors (short for Xiaopeng Motors). After UCWeb was acquired by Alibaba in 2014, he served as president of UCWeb and of the Alibaba Mobile Business Group, chairman of Ali Games and president of Tudou successively. In August 2017, he left Alibaba to join Xpeng Motors full-time as chairman.

Having earned his master’s degree in Optical Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University, Lin received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2008. In May 2008, he joined NEC Labs America, where he performed research on machine learning and computer vision. In November 2015, Lin was made director of Baidu’s Institute of Deep Learning. In March 2017, he was promoted to head of Baidu Research. Six months after being promoted, Lin left Baidu to found Aibee.

Dr. Li is an associate professor at the Software Engineering Institute at the School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, Peking University. He is also a member of the Key Lab of High Confidence Software Technologies at the university. Li has been teaching Introduction to Computing at Peking University since 2006. In 2013, he was a visiting scholar at the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. Li's research focuses on software engineering, machine learning and knowledge engineering. He founded aiXcoder in March 2017.

Li serves as Chairman for aiXcoder.

Liu earned a master’s degree in Computer Science from Peking University in 2004. He worked as a software engineer at Alcatel-Lucent from 2004 to 2009 and then as a tech manager at Blackberry from 2010 to 2011. Liu co-founded aiXcoder in March 2017 and has since served as COO.

Hao graduated from Peking University with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2013 and received his master’s degree in the same subject from Waseda University in 2015. He worked as an intern and software engineer at Microsoft Research Asia from February 2015 to December 2017. Hao co-founded aiXcoder in March 2017 and has been working full time for the startup since January 2018. He currently serves as CTO.

Chen graduated from Tongji University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and from Fudan University in 2005 with a master’s degree in the same field. Upon graduation, he worked for Fortune 500 company Sykes Enterprises as a software engineer. In 2009, he received a RMB100,000 seed fund from Fudan University to start Leyi, a customer-to-customer (C2C) platform for trading second-hand goods, with Sun Wenjun, a friend he met through his master’s degree. Although the business failed after two and a half years, the two young entrepreneurs led their core team to form Aihuishou.
