Chief Commercial Officer and co-founder of AddVolt
Pires is co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer at AddVolt, the first renewable energy tech to replace diesel engines for cold chain transport, where he has worked since 2013, when it was still a research project. The position was his first upon graduation from the University of Porto's engineering faculty, where he achieved an integrated master's degree in electrical and computer engineering and renewable energy, both central to AddVolt's technology.

Previously at China Mobile and China Telecom, Shen, however, is better known for being part of the team at Sina Weibo who took the company public. With proceeds from his stock options, Shen founded Panda iMedia. Today, some 200 of his colleagues at Panda iMedia were also from Sina.

With over eight years of experience in software engineering roles, Ivhan Famly Gunawan is co-founder and CTO of freight forwarding marketplace Andalin. After graduation, he worked at software development firms Sqiva and Swifec Solusi Indonesia, developing database and reservation systems for corporate clients when at Sqiva. Ivhan became Andalin's co-founder in 2016, but remains an advisor to Swifec Indonesia. Ivhan graduated from Universitas Bina Nusantara, Indonesia in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in Information Systems.

Diego Nodar López is co-founder and head of R&D at Alén Space, where he is responsible for the development of the company's proprietary hardware and software. Nodar began his career at Vigo University's Aerospace Group, before working at Alén Space and the Aerospace Innovation Center in Galicia.
