Hugo Monteiro of Spotahome
Hugo Monteiro is a Portuguese IT Engineer from Universidade de Lisboa. The co-founder and VP Engineering of Spotahome was previously employed at Portugal Telecom and BNP Paribas. He has also worked for startups like UniPlaces in the real estate sector in Lisbon, Portugal.He connected with co-founder Bryan McEire when the latter moved from Spain to work in Lisbon. He was invited to join the Spotahome co-founding team when the proptech was revived by CEO Artacho on his return from London.

Guillermo Lamelas Nogueira is a telecommunications engineer who is the co-founder of Alén Space and of which he has been CEO since 2018. The economics graduate from the University of Porto launched his first business, software company Grey Matter, while in college. It was then that Neves started learning about the fashion industry, through building operating systems for footwear and textile business clients. He also designed shoes under the brand Swear, and after moving to the UK, Neves opened the brand’s physical store before moving to launch a menswear shop called B Store. He is currently CEO of Farfetch, the non-executive director at the British Fashion Council and the non-executive chairman at PLATFORME International.
